We had heard great things about Nayya from everyone we spoke to. My wife and I decided to try it. We ordered three small pizzas, figuring we would try them and have leftovers for the next day. When I went to pick it up I was met by a blonde lady at the front counter who proceeded to tell me that I ordered wrong. I told her that I had no idea and my wife had put the order through. She then proceeded to explain to me a proper way to order a sauce side sample and asked me to do it right the next time. (this should have been my warning). Onto the pizza...my wife's pizza was excellent, my sons pizza was excellent, the donair meat we ordered was excellent. My pizza on the other hand was not edible. The toppings were great and so was the crust but the sauce tasted like it was made with moldy garlic (I ordered a bianco cream sauce). I had my wife and her mother try it to make sure I wasn't crazy. They both spit it out and said the exact same thing. Moldy garlic.
At this point I called back. I explained the situation to the young guy on the phone. He was apologetic about it and offered to make a new pizza and to bring back this one. I opted for a donair pizza because I just wanted to get something quick and avoid any potential sauce issue with the bianco again. I placed my order and said "no tomato please" (my stomach struggles with tomato seeds)
I drive back to Nayya and bring back the pizza. The young guy who I spoke to apologized and the manager (maybe the owner - not sure) comes towards me. He proceeds to tell me that I just didn't understand the sauce and that It was because I "didn't like garlic". I explained to him the issue and the fact that it wasn't the case and that the sauce itself tasted like moldy garlic, not a normal garlic sauce (which I love). He shrugged and said I guess it's not the pizza for you and tossed it in the trash and walked away.
The young guy brings me out the pizza from the back that I had ordered as a replacement. I drove home, opened it up and low and behold, there's tomatoes on it.
TLDR: 1 star review. Terrible customer service, manager (maybe owner) who doesn't value his customers and inability to follow basic instructions for the food. We will...
Read moreWe found this cause we were searching for a place with a good vegan pizza. Nayya’s popped up and we have driven by there so many times, didn’t realize they were there and now we have a go to place for pizza! We ordered the falafels to start and they were well done, great flavour and texture. For our mains we ordered the La Nuvola Bianca (White Cloud) and the vegan shawarma pizza. The white cloud pizza was everything I thought it would be, I miss the white pizza I would get in New York and this was the closet thing to that! Great job guys! My partner had the vegan shawarma, he was amazed at the flavour, we have tried a few places in town and you guys do it right! The shawarma flavour came through with intensity, they add some crunchy fried parsley to add some crunch, it was great. The interior is great, cozy, and it was busy with people coming to pick up their orders and also delivery people picking up orders for others. The service was good despite them being so busy, and for all these reasons, we will be back to explore...

Wow I was super impressed at this recommendation from my friend. I ordered the gourmet donair with garlic fingers combo and it did not disappoint. Carved tastefully spiced donair meat right off the stick and the ingredients where to die for. The garlic fingers were on point and soo good.
The wife ordered the shawarma platter not realizing how huge it was and absolutely loved it. I took a few bites of it as well and it was tasty.
The child ordered the fish and chips but she thoroughly enjoyed them.
Price point is on the higher side but you are getting a LOT of food. Pretty sure we could split the shawarma or the donair pizza between the three of us.
My only complaint was the dine in experience could have been made better minus the timers constantly chiming in the background. Otherwise zero...
