Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Beverly

Firstly I want to say the staff were nice they just seem like they need a strong manager to get them to focus on one task (also they seem understaffed I've worked fast food for 7 years I could see they were struggling) we waited a good 5-7 minutes before my partner was able to order, while in the middle of taking his order some crazy woman came up asking for forks and a bunch of other things (she did this a lot) the guy (bless his heart) just left the till he didn't say anything like "ill be right back" or "just a moment I'll finish this guys order and help you after" he just wandered away haha so my partner stood there for another five minutes until one of the girls noticed him waiting. She was confused coming into an order half way through so the order actually ended up being wrong. It felt like I was in purgatory like definitely not hell but so absurd and strange it didn't feel like reality. I'm not even upset I just honestly couldn't stop laughing. Bless these hard workers hearts y'all tried your best but... yeah I don't think I'll be returning. Please try to get a strong manager who can actually delegate because I watched staff run all over the place. (The staff were seriously so nice a lil goofy and scattered but...

On Jan 17/20 at 5:30 pm, we entered this Beverly location with a group of 14, it was 2 of my children’s Birthday. I had written out a list of what everyone wanted to help cut down on confusion. I went up to the cashier, young girl. And said I’d be ordering their 7.00 meal deals. She said they didn’t have that deal. I went back on their menu online and tried to show her that indeed they did, she was rude and said they wouldn’t honour it, so I asked to speak to a manager. She had her headset on, then proceeded to tell the manager ALL about me, making sure to sound rude and condescending, while making sure I overheard everything she was saying. At the end she told her “ Manager” she knew she was busy and that it would be quite a wait until she could assist me “ The girl didn’t turn around and acknowledge me at all. I waited, and waited. So I went and told my husband what was going on, he went up to the counter and demanded to speak to the manager, the girl told him there wasn’t one on site. So.... shout out to the Beverly Boston Pizza for saving that Birthday let...

Good food!! When I went they had a different set up where u have to ring the doorbell outside the door u would usually walk in to go inside but I didn't know u had to ring the bell becuz I just talked to the guy running the drive thru and he said go into the doors on opposite side so I did that and I was waiting there for over 5-10 mins I was calling out saying hello and Noone would come and that drive thru guy knew I was coming in but still he never told the other girls working. So I stood by that window that they had made so that they can pass u food and u can pay kind if like the drive thru but it's a walk thru half inside . By the time one of the girls saw me calling out I was about to leave and she came and she was super nice and told me that there was a bell to ring so they know someone is inside. SO HEADS UP IF THEY ARE STILL TAKING ORDERS THIS WAY MAKE SURE TO RING THE BELL ON THE OUTSIDE DOOR BEFORE GOING IN OR U MAY BE...
