Long Wait + Attitude + Missing Items.
Arrived at 8:20 with my family through the drive-through! We got told at the speaker that our order would be a 30 min wait, and we thought, thats a bit long, but thats fine. When we got at the window, we were then updated that our order would instead take 20 mins. We thought, 'Oh, even better.' As there as no one at the drivethrough, we thought it would be alright to wait by the window. Of course, if there were any cars behind, we would quickly leave. Perhaps the workers felt uncomfortable with us staying there (which I understand), so they asked us to wait in the front in which we said "okay" to. Not wanting the workers to feel rushed, we asked them if they could hand us the food after it was finished, yet, we were met with attidude. The Mister at the the window rolled his eyes at us and said "Fine, I'll do that." with the biggest attitude ever seen in a man. Okay, I guess? We ended up having to wait a total of 45 mins for our food. Despite the overdue time of our order, we checked and found that was incomplete. It seemed like they were preparing to close the shop when we were placing our orders. But by that time (8:20) they still had an hour and a half before they shouldve closed. A bit lazy, no? Read moreI was ordered a thursday special $20, 10pcs bucket of chicken, date August 10, time 6:33pm. Debit Sale Batch #912. (She didnt give me my receipt) I was requested for a fresh chicken to the cashier, I said I am willing to wait. She said", "we are busy our chicken is fresh". But when I saw my ordered chicken was not crispy, its soggy and I found out its has been cooked since 3pm, its was not freshly cooked. This is ridiculous she fooled me. The cook and the front counter attendant served me an old chicken. This is KFC you have your brand name your employee is not honest to their job. They spoiling the standard of your KFC chicken. In addition, she didnt give me a smile. She smile only to the Canadian Customer waiting in the counter.
KFC is a big brand name. It has a food standards. If you will allow again this kind of service you will loose many customers and your rating will be always one star nor zero. It will end up closing this store, If the owner will not always monitor the employees customer service. The dine in was very dirty. The tables and chairs are not clean and not sanitize. Read moreThis is the worst KFC we’ve ever been to. I never really give out mean comments but boy oh boy this KFC branch really worked hard for this one. First of, I’ve given this branch a try like 3 times now and disappointments are always what we got EVERY.SINGLE.TIME! It’s either they make you wait for 15 mins for a chicken popcorn then mistakingly giving it to other customer then making you wait again for another 15 minutes without even a complimentary anything or just a proper apology. Other times we’ve been there, the chicken was super small, dried and hardened already like it has been in the heater forever!? I’ve never been picky with food before but that chicken was super unforgivable and can’t be eaten because of how hard it got. Another time we’ve been there, crew just shoved the gravy inside the box without securing the lid and we ended up without gravy but with a car floor smothered in it, thanks for that 🙄. KFC is my comfort food lately and how dare they destroy the experience for me every single time I buy from them.
