So I came tonight and I ordered a large chicken noodle soup with a large bun wedges and a large coffe . I get to the window and the lady asked for payment, no mentioned regard for the Tim's rewards card but whatever that's regular with most timmies I've found. However when I was handed my bag of food I saw the bun was the regular one and its almost 2 dollars for the bun but my biggest concern is that this was the 7th time at this location in the last month (the flu has been around my house 3 times in 1 month) so I decided I'm going to let the manager know. So I asked for one and got the supervisor Michele. I politely let her know that this is the 7th time this has happened and the funny thing is she's the one who took my order and said I thought that's what you wante . So I asked for a actual manager and apparently there was on . Well she then persisted to try to charge me for the bun which was fine but I was trying to let her know that someone isn't reading the screens when making orders and it's a good thing I checke . So she decided to storm off and tell the lovely older lady to just give it to me. So my response was I don't mind paying for it but this is about your staff not your prices and she just stormed off wouldn't even speak to m . The older lady apologized and wished me a good night.she however was very kind and understood it seemed why I was ther . I don't care about 2 dollar . I do however care about order efficiency and customer satisfaction, which obviously Michelle doesn't. so hello Tim's on vic trail. They always get my...
Read moreI wanted to order food for my entire day at work because I was in a hurry and didn't have time to pack anything. I showed up to the drive thru wondering what I should order for the entirety of the day that would fill me up. I checked my Tim Hortons app to find a 2 for $5 on classic breakfast sandwiches. I tell the girl taking my order through the drive thru that I want two classic breakfast sandwiches. I also decided to order a sausage farmer wrap for my later break and I had already packed a banana from home for my last break. Anyways, she never gave me my two sandwiches, or receipt for the order. I went back around the drive thru another lady talked to me about the order telling me I never ordered 2 sandwiches which is not true, because I literally made the order for 2 sandwiches based on the app offer. Then she said the offer was used up with the sandwich and breakfast wrap which is also not true because that is clearly not what the offer is for. She told me I have to pay for another sandwich and wouldn't be able to use the offer for 30 mins, so I told her I'm not doing that and I left with my wrong order. My issue here is how rude the employee was about mixing up my order and lying to me to send me on my way. That food was all I had to depend on for my 10 hour shift. It was a horrible start to the day having to deal with something that should have been an easy transaction. Very unprofessional. Whats the point of having special offers if the employees mess them up and the customer is left...
Read moreI got denied service this morning at the drive thru window because I accidently drove past the microphone due to talking with a tim hortons employee outside. Me and my friend got to the window and explained we accidently missed ordering at the microphone, the Indian woman was very rude and denied us service saying it was a tim hortons policy. In fact it is not a tim hortons policy, as you can look up the employee policies online, costumer service is a tim hortons policy aswell as correcting thier mistakes in which she made no effort, not denying costumers. For how I was treated by this rude women I will not be going back to this location. She is never nice always rude and cunning, we asked for her name to report her and she said no and covered up her name tag. Plus I've never visited a drive thru establishment that denies service if someone accidently passes the microphone, any other businesses have no issues just quickly ringing up the order at the window. I know they get alot of costumers but they just lost a loyal one. Guess the old saying is true sometimes it takes one to ruin the bunch. I definitely reccomend anyone who sees this post to just start going to the victoria trail tim hortons, lovely staff! Efficient! No one is rude, they treat people like humans! They take care and pride in thier costumers unlike...
