Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Blackfalds

Just went in the App to order Pizza. Was charged twice the credit card app said there was an error but i instantly received two texts for two orders going through my account. So we called Dominos and they said they didn’t get the order. So now I paid 160 bucks for no pizza and they won’t even give me a refund unless I have a credit card receipt which won’t show for 2 days. I get texts instantly when any purchase goes through my account. GARBAGE customer service do not use their app. I am now going to have to call my credit card company for them to stop the charge cause guess what Dominos said it didn’t go through but I have proof it did. I am not impressed at all. I will NEVER order from this...

Edit 2: New pizza was good and, most importantly, hair free.

Edit: Was contacted by the manager of this location and have been given a credit, so added 2 stars back on for their prompt response and customer service. Once I use the credit for the pizza, and so long as I don't find any hairs in it or anything of the sort, I will update this review again.

Got 2 medium pizzas with the new parmesan stuffed crust to give it a try, one deluxe and one 4 topping.

Brought them home only to find that several slices had long strands of hair on them. Whoever was in charge of preparing these pizzas clearly doesn't care about food quality and being clean. Absolutely disgusting to find on food I paid...

I've talked to the manager or the owner or whoever about the fact that they tried to overcharge putting less toppings on your pizza and then they tried to offer me the same discount they offer everybody as a way of acknowledging their mistakes. It's pretty wild that if you got a full pizza with cheese and half of it with banana peppers is more expensive than getting the whole thing with cheese and banana peppers. It seems very Karen of me to care about this but how is it normal to charge more money for Less toppings. Anyways I asked the manager how he was going to refund the people who were paying more for zero product and zero service and that's when he stopped...
