Went to the drive through and was told they cannot take orders because there are to many bugs coming inside. Why do you not close the drive through, block it off, you are a 24 hr drive through and apparently there’s not to many bugs at Wendy’s. The drive through across town was open at Wendy’s with no mention of bugs.

No way I’m going inside the restaurant to order who know how many bugs their lazy employees let in before deciding they didn’t want to work drive through any more.

Absolutely ridiculous excuse to not serve through the drive through.

I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge and commend one of your employees, Sadia, for her outstanding service. Despite the harsh snowstorm and treacherous conditions, Sadia came out to the parking lot to deliver my order. Her dedication and commitment to ensuring that I received my meal, even in such difficult weather, were truly remarkable.

I also want to express my appreciation for the employee who took my order. They handled it with grace and professionalism, making the experience even more pleasant. And of course, the food was absolutely amazing!

I would not go here again.. before pandemic we have very friendly staff and the products they ensure customer is very important… No smile from attendants or greetings and am not be racial but my last two experiences were served by asians and Indians..Would not visit again.. Today I got Nashville hot burger and the chicken is over fried and no pickles and no signature sauce…wanted to return but my comment would contradict and cannot throw Cos it is expensive..

Visited barrie anw location.. awesome experience and they said it would take 4 mins to serve fresh chicken and it was amazing taste..

Am not sure who owns this franchise but am not happy at all… they charge 40cents for chipotle sauce as well
