Subway — Restaurant in Bradford West Gwillimbury

The ends of my sub are always left with out veggies or meat (they do observe to see if you notice and when called out they'll add more 😂). According to Perskunk there's now a two scoop rule(they no longer care if your sub is filled). Perpunk was extremely aggressive and rude during my visit, upon initial entry he demands me to place an order right away, then for some odd reason thought I wasn't going to pay because the subway app was crashing for a moment(I visit here often). He then began shouting at me for no apparent reason demanding I pay "you haaaave to pay" (I never said I wasn't going to) maybe it was because I came in at 10:50 or he hasn't got laid. I've refrained from leaving this establishment a review numerous times because most of the employees are professional. Prior to my recent visit I have noticed how customers have to constantly ask for extra toppings, Soup is always days old, there's always a wait and the bun bread is always hard. Clearly management does not care about customer experience. Saving Money and profits are the main concern. Skimming off customers orders is theft, therefore ya'll are thieves. Stay Away...The women behind the counter were very rude I asked for a Cold Cut Combo and she charged it as a foot long sandwich. when I made the comment that the price of the combo had come down she started explaining that the combo she charged me originally was a sandwich only combo. And that she needed to charge me for a combo...HUH? Ok I get it I am Indian too...Is there a language barrier here?..Then she started to raise her voice. Thanks for the for the rudeness I will go to pita pit next...

Updated: they got rid of the grill machines!! That was the best part of the subway for me and my family. We would come here weekly but now I’m sorry, I’m sticking to burritos. Cheers
