This use to be my favourite restaurant to go to but after this experience I’ve completely changed my mind and lost trust in this place.
I order a buffalo chicken Caesar wrap and onion rings on the side as a pick up order. I bring it home not thinking anything of it and my buffalo Caesar wrap has nothing buffalo about it. Not to mention it’s super cold and almost stale. I look at the onion rings they seem good but I only got 4 rings. 4 onion rings for 10 bucks?? Wow. Like first off you guys get rid of the best thing on your starters menu, the onion chips, and replace them with just regular onion rings, fine, but you only get 4 come on.
So obviously I’m upset, I didn’t get what I ordered and it was cold. And I’m not even sure I got the appropriate amount of rings for what I paid. So I bring it back and I speak to the hostess, who was nice, all the servers there are nice and I explain to her everything and she says, no problem we’ll make you a new one and I will even give you some extra onion rings. Ok so when she said “extra onion rings” I was thinking ok so she knows there’s clearly not enough in there.
I wait about 25 minutes, longer than we had to wait the first time, keep in mind there are only 5-6 people in all of St. Louis. So we wait and finally get the food. Once again we bring it home and the box of the onion rings say “xtra onion rings” :). Literally with a smiley face. My wrap is made exactly how it’s suppose to be made and I open the onion rings and there are the same 4 rings that I originally got the first time. So No extra just the same 4. And the smiley face is really just a slap in the face.
All in all, servers are nice, but boy do they desperately need a new chef because that guy just ain’t it. He is going to make that place go down if he keeps fking up people’s orders like that, especially on purpose. Like he looks like the type that gets annoyed easily and spits in people’s orders if they bring it back unhappy. Like fk dude just get the damn...
Read moreService was great. Our waitress was attentive and nice and a Vikings fan to boot! That's unfortunately where anything good ended. My family and I had to fight off 20 flys flying around our heads and on our food. Also, the food was terrible. The Korean Lettuce wraps tasted like a microwave frozen meal, terrible chicken, mushy veggies and a small serving. The "Detroit" style pizza.... I use quotations because it is not Detroit Style. It's an embarrassment to even call it that. I got to Detroit often and get Detroit Style Pizza. It's phenomenal. Not at St. Louis. It's flat, and tasteless. My kids got pizza and pasta. My son liked the pasta, but it was a shot of pasta. I've never seen such a little amount given. He was starving after eating a meal. My daughter got the pizza, it had no sauce, it was dry.... What you cheaping out on sauce? And the cheese was pre shredded and low quality. You can tell because it didn't really melt, it just burned and you could still make out the individual shreds. My wife and I said maybe it's best to stick with the wings... But with the super quality drop I don't think I even want to give them anymore business. Guys, I hope you take this info to heart....

I left your restaurant this evening with a bitter taste in my mouth; and not because of the food, but because of the extremely poor customer service I received from Chloe, the server. Her tone was disrespectful, her attitude was dismissive, and she rushed me off asking “you want to pay or not”?
When I asked to speak with a manager to address my concerns, she lied and claimed she herself was the manager, then refused to call anyone else. This is unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour.
My wife eventually managed to speak with the supervisor, Kendra, who at first seemed unsure how to address the situation and offered excuses for Chloe’s behaviour, stating that the restaurant was busy. Only later did she acknowledge the issue and offer an apology.
Overall, this was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience, and far below the standard expected from your establishment. I hope this matter is addressed appropriately so no other customer has to go through the same treatment.
