I love coming to this location.
The customer service at the front end is fantastic compared to any other tim hortons I've been to. It may take a moment for them to see you but they will send people from drive-thru team to take your order. I have not seen that delegation happen at other tims. So fantastic job to management on that note. 👏 🩷
I also like this location because no matter what time of day I have come, 5am or 930pm, the employees are happy to take my order and have a sense of urgency without losing their personal touch.
This morning I was greeted with: Hi good morning by the gentleman who took my order. Another team member who usually takes my order but was just coming in also said good morning to me and is always so polite and pleasant.
Atmosphere is quieter than other locations, very clean in dining area, and the team seem that they are in good spirits.
For drive-thru customers, the service is quick and organized with double drive thru. So the line can be decieving, even when backed up, it doesn't take as long as u think.
Easily my favourite Tims location in Bradford.
Thank you to the always smiling team and quick service. Keep up...
Read moreTim Hortons is no longer Canada’s coffee — it has become Canada’s disappointment. What once was a proud national symbol has turned into a brand living only on its name.
The coffee tastes flat, weak, and uninspired — as if it’s brewed from the memory of beans rather than real beans. Pastries are repetitive, often stale, and sometimes the hygiene of displays raises serious questions. Walking into a Tim Hortons today feels less like entering a café and more like stepping into a noisy transit station.
The staff work hard, but service feels rushed and robotic — scripted smiles, fast words, no real warmth or connection. This is not hospitality, it’s a production line. Even 7-Eleven now offers fresher coffee, better pastries, and more variety than Tim Hortons.
This brand risks losing everything it once stood for. Tim Hortons was meant to be part of Canadian identity — comfort, taste, pride. Now it is a shadow of itself. Unless management makes drastic changes to quality, cleanliness, and atmosphere, the chain will continue its free fall.
Customers are not blind. We notice. And we...
Read moreWhat a horrible start to what should be a wonderful Saturday, about to take a day trip to Owen Sound... stopped here for a simple coffee and bagel to hit the road. Simple order. Large Double Double and an Everything Bagel "DOUBLE TOASTED WITH EXTRA BUTTER" I left my friend at the counter and used the restroom and returned... still no bagel... coffee was ready and getting cold. The man beside me made a comment that he had been waiting 10 minutes for his bagel (he's better than me because I wouldn't wait that long) when I commented the young lady on food prep turned and said something like " I'm getting there". Well when looking at the screen our order was over 7 minutes and counting.... finally with bagel in hand... it wasn't Double toasted and very little butter... and cold!! Customer service is key and not getting what you order leaves a sour taste... I have used this location regularly but will drive further in the future. I hope the manager sees this and reminds employees what the importance of customer service and proper etiquette towards...
