When I have a craving for a breakfast croissanwhich (combo #1 for breakfast), I have two options - drive to Bradford which is 30 minutes away, or drive to Highway 7 Markham, 25-30 minutes away. Both have Home Depots close by which I can walk around in, so both offer the same perks, but one day I had to pick something up from the Bradford Home Depot that the Markham one didn't have in stock, and so I ventured up there for the first time and said I will visit this Burger King in Bradford for my breakfast.

Upon going through the drive through, and coming up to the speaker, I was greeted by the most professional and friendly...drive through host? I was so thoroughly impressed at how he interacted with me, repeating my order and making sure it was right, and articulate in every way, I actually got to the window and commended him on his professionalism and how he made me feel as a customer. I do believe he may have been a supervisor or manager, because it was fairly early in the morning and he was wearing a black uniform.

So I can't give a rating on the food quality and here's why. I had arrived at the drive thru 15 minutes before closing and was behind maybe 10 cars. After waiting for 20 minutes one of the staff came to my car and said there were only 2 other workers inside and they could not accommodate our order or anyone else behind me. I understand we are going through a pandemic and services will not be as usual but this was a total joke. If you're aware that you cannot serve others start the cut off at a certain time before closing, don't let customers wait then tell them they are out of luck. Another example of having no adult supervision in a place of business. You have managed to lose another customer BK congratulations.
