JULY 3, 2024 UPDATE AFTER OWNER RESPONSE: I wasn’t sure you guys know which car i was driving or where i was parked and placed order, just for FYI read the time details in review first and then reply, I placed order at home and then went for pick up according to your promised time on Uber eats .15 min prep time could have been adjusted on the app and instead you went ahead and changed the time to 1 hour for pick up. There were customer came after me and got served and I was standing there waiting for pick up order. It’s not FIRST COME FIRST SERVE when walk in customer gets priority over pick up order placed before them. If it is going to take you guys one hour to make two bowls for pick up, then put that on Uber Eats, you guys give 10 minutes pick up time on app and then change it to 1 hour THAT IS HOW YOU WASTED MY TIME.

Also lastly, stop making false accusations about me being rude. I had interaction with one employee, not one word I spoke was rude to her, she said order will be late and I stood their waited, after she started serving other customer that came after me, I asked her to cancel the order and I wanted to confirm that I won’t get charge. Not sure where exactly I was RUDE to your employees. Please provide your name or initials when replying to reviews, so that you are accountable for your words. *

July 2, 2024: I placed order through Uber Eats, pick up time for the order was 5 minutes. Placed order at 3:29, pick up time I got was 3:39. Got to store at 3:40 and they said they changed the pick up time to 4:30, without any reason to why it was changed, waited until 3:53 and I asked them to cancelled the order. I have enjoyed their food before, but this time disappointed by their service. One star for their poor customer service, when they said that food will be ready for pick within 5-10 minutes, after placing order it was changed to an hour. Mexican food is one of my favorites. Im a vegetarian and so have to ensure a good variety is available. This restuarant is bang on with their various vegetarian choices. Indeed, with various choices comes the freshness of the food and the taste. I will say 5 stars is less... yes, I'll add another star to this category. Really appreciate their hot sause if u are into it; & guess what I found out, its made in house... none of that that is made by a robot from a factory. Simply WOW! Purchased a chicken quesadilla at lunch. The sour cream on the side was so spoiled. I called the restaurant as I couldn’t eat my lunch and the manager explained he went through all the pre packages containers and said it was good. I know when something is rotten so I took it back to the restaurant and the manager had me smell the other prepackaged containers and they were SO ROTTEN! He wouldn’t even check for himself..
