Iāve been coming here since they opened. If not daily, multiple times a day. I see the same baristas time and time again. I donāt complain when I wait in the drive thru for 15 minutes, I have always been easy and beyond patient. I donāt even have a tough order, never ask for things heated up because I know theyāre busy. I like to think Iām considerate of their time. I spend on average $50-$75 at their location each week. I have never, ever asked for anything for free, or for anything to be re-made even when I receive incorrect orders. Iām sure theyāre all just doing their best, and are inundated with traffic.
I asked FOR THE FIRST time ever about my ābirthday rewardā (I reload my card on the app each time, etc). I was told it wasnāt eligible and she did not see a reward on her end. No problem, fine. When I asked about why it didnāt show, she didnāt have an answer other than she didnāt see one and I need to have at least āone starā (which on my end I did). Just a petty, āhow do you want to reload your card?ā
Honestly, Happy to pay for ALL of my drinks as I ALWAYS have, but to be that snarky about it when Iām asking a question - girl, bye!!!! You couldnāt have just replied with, so sorry thatās odd. Letās get that sorted for you. Considering Iāve never asked for anything. She physically sees me multiple times a week.

The drive thru is packed, so we pull into the parking lot and use the mobile app instead to save some time. The order says itāll be ready at 11:16. I go into the store at 11:10. Itās busy inside so I patiently wait. 10 mins later, Iām still waiting. So I go up to the barista manning the espresso machine and ask about my order. She says, āOh, that order is here, but I havenāt started on it because you didnāt tell me you were here.ā I ask her what she means by this and she says, āI donāt make the order until I know the customer is here so the order isnāt waiting on the counter.ā Growing increasing exasperated, I say, āSo let me get this straight: I order on the mobile app. It gives me a time to pick up my order (11:16), I come in here and have to come up to the counter and tell you my order (essentially, ordering again) and then wait another 10 mins while you make it?ā Her response āWell, I asked if anyone had a mobile order!ā I guess I hadnāt heard when she called out with her soft mousey voice.

I also had 1 food item that didn't require any heating. Of course that was ready but I had to wait 20 minutes for a coffee. Really? When you order your mobile order it tells you it will be ready between 7-10 minutes not 20 minutes and over. Clearly who ever is in charge of running this location has poor skills at it. Staff walk around at a snails pace & usually 1 staff member actually busting there hump getting drinks out. You have the lady @ the window for drive thru trying to chat because nothing is ever ready.
