By far the worst Pizza Hut Location in Ontario
The management of this location is extremely cheap, careless and unethical. They will show zero remorse or concern when causing you inconvenience.
What makes me come to this conclusion 🤔
We have had pizzas show up with the wrong toppings and sauces numerous times.
When ordering breadsticks all other locations will Include tomato sauce… Not this location.
Recently I ordered a pizza with tomato sauce as the base. What did I receive? A sweat bbq sauce pizza. Then I was given a lousy 20 percent discount on my next order instead of a replacement for FREE LIKE ALL OTHER LOCATIONS WILL DO. (The entire pizza had bbq on it not just 20 percent of it you cheapos)
Whenever we call in to address the issues on numerous occasions our calls were not answered for at least a half hour sometimes an hour(astonishing since they are not that busy). Read other customer reviews stating the same issue.

Pizza Hut has always been my go-to restaurant when I am looking to grab a quick bite while still enjoying the ambience of a good restaurant. On a work trip to Bradford, I decided to stopover at the 483 Holland Street Pizza Hut Restaurant last week. I have been to numerous Pizza Hut franchises across GTA and other cities in Ontario. I earlier went to the Bradford franchise in August as well but I see the difference in the service as compared to when I went back in August. We were a group of 6 people and the staffs were extremely welcoming and friendly. The restaurant was clean, had a cozy environment and we absolutely loved our deep-dish pizza. I am a very picky eater so the staff was very patient and answered all my doubts about my dietary restrictions. The pasta I also ordered was delicious and fulfilling. What I absolutely loved about this restaurant was the quality of food and the clean environment. I am waiting to go back to Bradford on another trip, just so I can indulge in the food again....

The prices were attractive, which lured me in. But that was the first time that ever I ordered from a Pizza Hut and was dissatisfied with my Pizzas.
The pizza was so over cooked and the look of it looked like it was sitting on the shelf all day for hours and then was just re-heated / re-cooked to give to me. It was the least-fresh pizza I ever had the displeasure of eating. I ordered for my family too, which was embarrassing that I gave that food to them. There was basically no toppings, and all the cheese just blocked together.
The staff member gave some honest opinion of other items on the menu, which was appreciated, but the food was sub-par. I won't be ordering from this location again. Maybe the staff had an off-day, I get it. If it was an old pizza laying around, I would have appreciated to just tell me to wait an extra 20-30 minutes for a fresh pizza.
