If I get a response of please email blah blah blah, clearly this restaurant/ company does not care. I have read many reviews this place has changed the quality isn't the same. no one is going to email you however google reviews are public make the change
My girlfriend and I came in randomly after a long day. The restaurant had 1 other couple when we showed up at around dinner time. Right away it felt like the server didn't know what to say to build and continue conversation on how to seat a customer (basic script). fine she may be new.
Right a way we ordered drinks and I was even able to upgrade my drink on the way to the washroom. I even noticed there was 3 female employees right away. I understand it was a slow night however the washroom has not been maintain for idk how long cause there were fruit flies around.
When it came to ordering we could of ordered the whole menu prices felt low compared to our usual meal. like we were very open minded for our first time. So we turn to the server, not every convincing on her suggestions.
The beer prices were low since it was a Tuesday special, however their beers is served at room temperature at best. The spinach dip was the best dish. It was basic but good and that is all it takes. We also got the wings and ribs and when it showed up on the table I was not impressed 4 store bought looking wings and shriveled up ribs with a side of mash potatoes with too much sour cream.
When we were finished with our meal, I had may 8 oz of beer left in my glass, maybe 3 sips. we did mentions we were going to see if a friend wants to stop by, however 10/15 minutes must of gone by, my glass was empty, put on my jacket and no staff could be found. I had to go in to the back to found a server just to pay my bill. When We got our bill there was an extra charge of 3% It is a charge that is reasonable however have your staff explain it to the customers, it leave a bad taste, until we looked it up on the way home.
In the end from 7-9pm, counted 5 employees, 3 tables and no one to watch the bar. we could of walked out with no buddy noticing. It is very simple do better, there are many options in Bradford, your just off the highway. If you have to raise your prices customer don't care, we're not going to notice if the food is good and the service is great.... I wish you the...

After about 6-8 min we decided to go to washroom then pick a table closer to bar assuming no one saw us? We come out. I see a waitress talking to a customer. We pick a seat and there happens to be a dish tub on the seat. I pick it up and as I turned around the waitress was there, I assumed to greet us. I go to pass her the run and said āseems someone left this hereā her response after rolling her eyes was. āUnless you wanna get rained on I suggest you put it backā š³ āthereās a leak in the roof thatās why itās thereā I said āok no problemā and put it back. She walks away so my girlfriend and I walk to the bar and I aske the bartender how it works, if we seat ourselves. She was nice and said go ahead take a seat and she will be right there. I turn around and Boom! There she is again⦠I said ā hello again, we are gonna sit nowā she cuts me off mid sentence and says, āwhen you came in I saw you go directly to the washroomā I was taken back by the instant defence she seemed to feel the need to express. I responded āwe were actually just over there at a table waiting to order. She continued to rudely state some story about her last 10 min at work⦠I looked at the bartender as the waitress made her point rudely in front of other ppl and again walked away. I said to bartender āis she ok? Is this lady for real?ā The bartender didnāt know what to say but asked me to sit and she would help us. She was great. I kindly said, āI think weāre gonna passā just as I say this I hear āHAVE A GREAT DAY!!ā, yes you guessed it the waitress š¤¦š»āāļøš” I asked her, what is your problem? No apology, no offer to serve or help us. Whatās your issue? She started to ignorantly and rudely rant again so this time I cut her off and said āHAVE A BICE DAY!!! Good job! šš»
We never got a chance to try the place out. I now see in the reviews that Iām not the only one. This restaurant is on a slow decline at the least and Iāll be surprised if itās here this time next two years⦠donāt...

We went with our friends talking higly about the customer service, ambience and food quality on a Friday night. We ordered 2 portions of Chicken Quesadillas and a portion of chicken wings. The server insisted that we order drinks as all appetizers served after 9pm are served at 50% only if we order drinks too. Our friends were non drinkers so my husband agreed to take a drink. The server again insisted that each guest must order for drinks as per the policy by the new management of this store. We tried explaining that we have been to this place a number of times before and we usually order a drink or 2 and this is the first time that someone is being so pushy about each guest ordering drinks, individually on a single bill. Our friends didn't wish to complicate the situation and ended up ordering pops. We tried adjusting to this pushy behavior and enjoy the rest of the eve and ordered another portion of Chicken wings and Chicken Quesadilla while still enjoying our food. By the time the order was served it was already late so we requested for take out boxes. The server said, you cannot get the take out boxes before you eat 50% of what was just served. It felt like some Mafia/Cartel was trying to bully us. We called for the Manager and the manager started saying "oh these are appetizers offered at half price during this hour so you are not allowed to take away any leftover food and if at all you do, you must finish at least 50% of the food just served, else you get no take away boxes". A Friday eve, we walk with our friends to a place that we always loved to get bullied by the staff and the management that too when we are paying for the food and drinks! Was this really happening to us? We were disappointed, shocked and embarrassed that we recommended such a plc to our friends who were exploring this place for the first time on our recommendations. This new management has made my experience so bitter and worse, leaving us feeling disgusted and embarrassed. This place is not the same anymore so please avoid dining here and feel...
