Eggcellent — Restaurant in Bradford West Gwillimbury

First thing that happened was the server dropped the coffee and spilled where we are sitting and some splashed on me, which we weren't upset because accident happens, totally understand. We ordered the Eggcellent plate which was supposed to come with toast and baked beans. First, she didn't bring us the toast but because the meal had pancake and French toast, so we didn't complain and let it go. But the baked beans never came either! So we asked her about it (by the way, we just inquired about it, we weren't rude or anything). She looked confused like she had no idea what we are talking about so we pointed at the menu description and showed her. Her response was "you didn't ask for it".. but it's part of the meal.. why do we have to ask for it? She then said "there was so much food, you probably can't finish it". That's not for her to decide! What gives her the right to not serve it to us because she think we can't finish it? It's part of the meal and we paid for it. At the end when we paid for the bill, she said "we will have to change our menu". What does that have to do with us? When we ordered, it's on the menu! Food was okay, nothing spectacular, best bite was the french toast. The one star is for that. We will...

Horrible Attitude. Horrendous customer service experience. Will never return. The owner Daughter attacked me!! Ordered take out and when I got home as we were eating the fruit tasted horrible as if there was something on it tried it again and tasted as if somebody had lotion on their hands when they cleaned the fruits. ended up throwing out the fruits considering their food is over priced for what you get. None the less we did not call to complain we just let it go. Decided again to give it a try today October 17,2020 as our food was being made we Informed one of the stuff ( latter found out it was the owner’s wife) about the issue from our last order and the OWNER daughter Jumped in with an eye Roll insinuating that that didn’t happen as if we are lying. Then started to tell me it was impossible for that to have happened.as I let it go the daughter appeared as if she wanted to fight. I have never experience being attacked at a business before quite the poor customer service and the food is not even that great!! For me it’s simple horrible service does not deserve my money we should’ve walked out without even taking what we ordered!!! Lesson learned for sure....

I don't know if it was just because my friends and I went on a Saturday but the service was horrendous. Firstly, we were seated as soon as we walked in but it took almost 20 minutes to take our orders much less serve us coffee while we waited. After our orders were taken, it took another 20-30 minutes for the food to be brought to the table. Even then, they brought the toast first and walked away, five minutes later they brought food for one side of the table. Half the group were nearly finished before they brought the orders for the rest of the table. After the orders were brought, apparently the server lost the order for one of the group members. 20 minutes later, they brought that person's order over. I promptly asked the server if that person's meal will be on the house because of the inconvenience and he responded with 20% off. He disappeared and came back a moment later and said yes, it's on the house. The food was nothing special and the servers appeared inexperienced. I know that my group and I won't be returning...
