My girlfriend and I use to come very often, but stopped as the quality of drinks depends on the staff member working. Unfortunately, at the time we normally come in (early afternoon/sometimes evening), we always run into the newest staff member who consistently delivers drinks far below the usual quality. Not even an exaggeration, we love boba, but we always end up throwing away the drinks she makes after a few sips.

The original team is great if you’re lucky enough to come in while they’re working, but the risk of having the new staff member make our drink was honestly the reason we stopped coming back. Normally a good business, but more work needs to be done to ensure consistency...

This place is more expensive than other options in town but has MUCH worse service. Almost every time we order from this place there’s something wrong with the order.

They’ve given the wrong flavour of jelly (ordered strawberry, got mango), the wrong topping (ordered mango popping pearls, got mango jelly), put a topping in both drinks that was only supposed to be in one (one of us ordered tapioca but they put it in both drinks and I don’t like tapioca), sent a baggy of change with a note saying “sorry no almond jelly” instead of calling to ask if we wanted something else, and sent a drink that was sticky because it wasn’t sealed...

Horrible service. They can never provide drinks with consistent sweetness or ice level. The drink we ordered with 100% sweetness size large was the regular size and less sweet than a drink we asked for at 50% sweetness. Additionally compared to other times we visited, they always give too much or too little ice to the point where the drinks are lukewarm with extremely long wait times if other people are in the store.
