Pizzaville — Restaurant in Bradford West Gwillimbury

I have never experienced such rude service as this store. When I went to pick up my pizza, I found that the toppings were completely different from what I had ordered. Several staff members spoke to me very rudely and insistently, saying, “This is what you ordered,” with arrogant and disrespectful expressions.

When I placed my order by phone, the person who answered even repeated my order back to me, but when I went to pick it up, they refused to admit their mistake. Their attitude showed no respect for customers — it was basically “take it or leave it.” They acted as if I should be grateful just to get a pizza from them.

The rudeness of the staff at this store is truly unlike anything...

I ordered a pizza for delivery today and when it came it looked good after one bite a long black thick hair was found in my slice. As someone with a very sensitive stomach this is very very wrong and disgusting. When I called the operator sent the delivery driver back with my money but he did not talk and stayed silent giving the money and taking the pizza. When I tried to tell him where the hair was he ignored and left. I came to find out from many other reviews that the people who work there do not wear hair nets. This is really disgusting and very upsetting....

Tonight, 20th of july, we attended a pool party in Bradford that was over by 11 pm. As soon as we got in the car, we all were looking for a midnight snack and decided on pizza. So we looked up Pizzaville for their NY Style cup and char Pepperoni Pizza. I ordered 2 extra-large to go and we ate in the car for the ride back home to Brampton. This new found pizza is one of our safe go-to pizzas and this particular location certainly didn't disappoint... It was one of the best NY Style pizzas from Pizzaville that we had. Well done...
