Hero Certified Burgers — Restaurant in Bradford West Gwillimbury

I had it about a month ago for the first time.. ever since then I was waiting for my second visit.. but it closes by 830 with last orders by 8pm.. tht was a bit early for me to eat.. today I skipped lunch so I could have this .. and I was extremely disappointed.. my order was of 2, 6 ounce signature burgers with onion rings to go.. as soon as I left the shop I came back again to find the door locked.. the attendant was probably in a hurry to close the shop since mine was the last order..

The onion rings she gave me were over cooked .. burnt.. I complained to her but she refused to do anything about it.. she said even if I give you another one it would be same.. I got the hint that she is not bothered about it and doesn’t to want to change..

I came back with my burgers.. I had told her I want both without tomato.. but when I came home so found one with tomato.. later I found out that there was also a long hair in one of them..

Moreover.. what made matters worse was that even the taste was not as good as it was before.. I loved it last time.. and hated it this time.. the taste hs changed..

So all in all.. poor service and poor quality of food..

Your Bradford location has gone downhill. Took my children there last night and the woman working there doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing. She didn’t ask us what we wanted for toppings, put the wrong kind of bacon on my burger. Argued with me about a deal (sign clearly stated students “highschool & elementary” which my children fall into, finally gave it to me THEN didn’t want to give us our drinks bc she clearly didn’t read the deal THEN even with my combo was like no drink for you. She failed to give me my meal receipt only my debit one. My children were not given an option of what they wanted on their burgers either I thought it was odd she didn’t ask so I thought maybe they changed the process and it was done after so neither of my children ate their burgers they were thrown out. They both only took a couple bites then decided they were gross and refused to eat them. I will likely never return to this location. I’m not about to have to argue with staff over what is clearly laid out or pay almost double what I do other fast food establishments just for my children to throw out their meals....

Absolutely horrible! Wife and I went in yesterday. Burgers not what they used to be, hence devoid of the flavour they previously were. Tasted like they were just reheated from precooked as they were only lukewarm. Cheese on the cheeseburgers were very cold. I guess they just take it out of the refridgerator and toss it after after making the burgers. Even the frenchfries were barely warm. Most of our order ended up in the garbage. Condiment packages the server gave us were even dirty. Tried to order a milkshake but equipment was also broken which it seems the owner has no interest in getting fixed as the server indicated it has been out of order for quite some time. To make matters worse, my wife was violently ill about two hours later. Total waste of money! It i also apparent that the owner of this establishment could care less as I notice he does not address any of the poor...
