I go to this location because it's closest to my home. I will NOT visit here again. They are the rudest people I've ever experienced at a drive thru! The lady taking orders can't get the simplest thing correct. I ordered 2 drinks. 1 oat milk iced latte and a orange tangerine frozen drink. I repeated my order 4 times because I could see on the screen that it was incorrect. I told the lady I have a dairy allergy and it had to be OAT MILK. I pulled up and paid with a gift card. I had to ask 3 times for a receipt. She was super rude and rolled her eyes when I asked the 3rd time. She then handed me a iced lemonade, which I did not order. I told her, and she said it was MY FAULT and that I'd have to pay the difference if I wanted the orange tangerine frozen drink. I showed her my receipt that proved I DID pay for the right drink. She was talking to 2 other employees saying it was MY FAULT. I told her to show them my order then, she refused and slammed the window. I waited another 6 minutes before she handed me the 2 drinks. She just chucked them at me and said BYE in such a rude way. I tried to confirm that mine was oatmilk because of my allergy and she slammed the window and ignored me. I ended up taking a few sips before realizing it was milk. I got VERY ill. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!! Head office should train these people to treat paying customers properly!! Read moreI drive out of my way for this Tim’s location in Bradford. The staff are always nice, they get my order right, food is fresher here, it’s accessible, no headaches. They make my mornings brighter.
Somethings changed…the last two mornings I’ve felt like just a number to them. It’s the weekend and staff on drive thru have rushed me through, making me feel like I’m an inconvenience to them. just now the women on drive thru was tapping her finger on counter and a big sigh when I said I would pay by cash. Then she demanded the guy working next to her to “give it now” as if he wasn’t doing it fast enough. I look at the guy (who said have a nice day and was very friendly) we both had the same look of disgust with the customer service I was given. I’ll also mention the food wasn’t fresh, bread was stale, egg was browning on inside, and bacon was reheated too many times. I had a very similar experience yesterday morning with different staff that was working
If management is listening, please don’t pressure staff so much to hurry the sale along or give up on quality to save a few bucks. If your going through staffing shortages just like the rest of the world now, think about the little things that you could be doing or not doing to make your staff want to stay and do a good job.

Rude to gawk at your customers because they arrived according to your posted hours.
I have had a couple of minor issues with long-time staff here. And they don't handle issues well.
If my coffee is burnt, take from a different pot when u replace it, and don't be sassy about it... I paid for an "always fresh" coffee. I'm patient and kind when bringing up any problem and deserve to receive what I paid for.
To no fault of the buisness, but just a tip for non-regulars:
I don't prefer this tims, as the atmosphere can wind up being that it is over-run by students (as customers). The other locations in town tend to be quieter and less chaotic in the dining area.
Drive-thru service is alright, but if you go when it's busy, there is a lot of congestion to get in and out.
To be blunt my take is, use drive thru if it's not packed otherwise go to another...
