Went for a drive-through (I was the only car): first⦠attendant sounded confused and not knowledgeable about their own products second⦠attendant advised me that I would have to wait about 4 to 5 minutes, ⦠and I said ok third⦠after 18 minutes waiting outside and noticing that they were not very busy, I decided to go inside and check the order; the order was already prepared but left alone⦠I asked about the status on my order, but the attendant was so unorganized for about another few minutes ⦠until he finally picked up the order that was seating almost in front of him!
I recently visited the A&W branch in Brampton, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience that exceeded all my expectations. As a fan of unique and tasty burgers, I was absolutely thrilled to try their Potato Burger, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. In fact, I'd go as far as to say it's the best Potato Burger I've tasted in Canada so far!
What made the experience even more exceptional was the outstanding customer service. There were two ladies at the front who were not only welcoming and friendly but also incredibly efficient. Their professionalism and warmth added a personal touch to the service, making the whole dining experience feel more like being hosted by friends rather than just a transactional customer service encounter.
Moreover, the speed at which my order was prepared and served was impressive. Despite the bustling atmosphere of the restaurant, my food arrived quickly, fresh, and perfectly made, which speaks volumes about the operational excellence of this A&W branch.

Once I placed the order and drove around the bend in the drive-thru, the previous customer was sitting in his car with the engine off. It looked like he was blocking the drive-thru but he was waiting for his order. Once he drove off, I pulled up to the window. The order taker came to the window and handed out the payment machine. My card wouldn't tap at this location or so I thought. I pulled it towards me to see if the payment went through. He completely let go off it. I saw it went through however he did not take it back. He was in a busy conversation with someone in the kitchen. He looked completely clueless and disinterested with being there. Did I mention his whole conversation was in Punjabi? Very disrespectful!
