Hello world!
If you're a fan of grilled cheese and crave a chai latte. Railway Chai’s Grilled Cheese at this Brampton gem is an absolute must-try. Inspired by the vibrant street food culture and flavours of Mumbai, the dish takes the classic comfort food and elevates it to another level of grilled cheese sandwiches.
The bread is toasted to perfection, crispy on the outside while remaining soft and buttery inside. It's filled with a melty blend of cheeses, but the true magic happens with the addition of tangy chutneys, aromatic spices, and a hint of heat from green chilies. The result is a deliciously unique take on a beloved classic, offering layers of flavor that will make you rethink everything you thought you knew about grilled cheese.
Two aspects truly sets Railway Chai apart, one is its atmosphere. The decor channeling the bustling, colorful streets of Mumbai, with bright, eclectic street food-inspired touches that transport you right to India. From the retro Bollywood posters , the neon pink light, and their signature chai lattes, the entire ambiance adds to the authenticity of the experience. It’s like stepping into a little piece of Mumbai right in the heart of Brampton.
And two, if you're a chai latte enthusiast, Railway Chai is an absolute must-try-before-you-die! Their chai latte isn't just any cup of spiced tea—it's a carefully crafted experience that takes your taste buds on a flavorful journey.
What makes their chai latte stand out? First, it’s the blend of spices. You can taste the perfect balance of cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, and cloves, each spice adding its own layer of warmth and complexity. It’s not too sweet, allowing the spices to shine through, but with just enough sweetness to make it comforting and rich. The milk is perfectly steamed, creating a velvety texture that enhances the drink’s creamy body without overpowering the spices.
Whether you’re enjoying a moment of relaxation, go the the chai latte at Railway Chai and they will have you coming back for more. This is not just a drink; it's a warm embrace in a cup.
One more “whether” Whether you’re here for a quick bite after your Dirty Harry quicky, this hidden treasure (located in a square mall, Yiaaaak?!) I didn’t mean any disrespect with my Yiaak but they’re the best joint in town in the worst location. Railway Chai still delivers… an unforgettable experience that's as memorable as the last...

THE OWNER IS VERY COURAGEOUS TO REPLY THROUGH REVIEWS RATHER THAN WORKING ON THE ACTUAL PROBLEM.
VERY KIND OF THE OWNER TELLING A CUSTOMER TO GO TO HOME TO MAKE TEA WHERE THEY ARE RUNNING A TEA BASED BUSINESS GOOD JOB AT CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL. VERY WELL DONE 😁
The service is good because a hardworking employee but the quality of the food and chai is not up to the name given to the place.
The chai is basically water mixed with masala tea and tastes like powder milk used to make tea. it could be real though they need to cook it a little longer.
Not worth spending 3$ for chai .
UPDATE !!!! The employee was alone working in a place where three to four people were lined up , I am sure they will not care for any order. The tea I was expecting was not up to par even after letting them know that I will pick the tea later so she can take her time to make the tea. I took the tea after 25 minutes or so ordering if the staff cant make a good tea after 25 minutes as well, don't think letting them know will change anything for it , I appreciate you reaching out to me on the google review, but rather should speak to the staff first to find out how the tea is made for each customer and find out why it tasted like...
Read moreRailway Chai House is a perfect spot to relive the nostalgic charm of an authentic Indian tapri. It’s a great place to hang out with friends and enjoy a laid-back time. Here’s why I love it: I’ve tried their Masala Chai, Karak Chai, Cutting Chai, and Gur Wali Chai, and my personal favorites are the Karak Chai and Masala Chai for their rich flavors and authentic taste. Apart from chai, this place offers a variety of Indian street food options like Samosa Chaat, Rajma Chawal, and Bhel Puri. While I haven’t personally sampled these dishes yet, the feedback from other patrons suggests that the street food here is just as exceptional as their chai. Adding to the charm, they also stock a range of Indian snacks and treats such as biscuits, Kurkure, Gems, and even Banarasi Paan Masala, which add to the authenticity and nostalgia of the experience. The ambiance is warm and welcoming, capturing the essence of a classic railway station vibe. It’s a perfect blend of comfort and nostalgia, making it a must-visit spot for chai and Indian street food lovers. Whether you’re looking for a quick chai break or a fun hangout with friends, Railway Chai House won’t disappoint. A...
