barBURRITO — Restaurant in Brampton

I came in today with two of my friends. They were both served by one of the ladies. There was another lady free and asked if we were together and I said yes, but we're ordering separately. She said that the first lady would serve me and then proceeded to take care of a new customer. The first lady then left when it was my turn to go work on online orders (I assume). FIVE new customers later I was still standing there being ignored until I asked what was going on because the first lady never came back to me. The third lady with glasses helped me and finally apologized. I am sorry, but this is very strange service. They are so slow, and talking among themselves about me (I only asked what was happening once and then I proceeded to give my order after waiting forever). Service was extremely slow, so much so that a Door Dash driver came in to pick up an order and low and behold it was not ready. It was not even started yet! How is that even possible? The restaurant notifies when things are ready - no? The driver left annoyed because she could not wait for 30 minutes like I did and my colleagues who were confused and waiting with their food. The spicy chicken quesadilla was also extremely salty and I had to throw half of it away - wasted time and money. I have eaten at barBURRITO before and it never tasted like that. Extremely disappointing, I will not be coming back here again nor anyone...

Beware!!

I love this place. I like their food in any terms. Every time i want to eat burrito bowl i go to this place only. BUT.. they have hired a new girl, very rude. In beginning I ignored her mistake that she is new, will get perfect with practice. But it’s intolerable now. I asked for beans, and the container was filled of gravy only and she put gravy in my bowl rather than beens, i had to point out for that. Then the chicken container was empty. There was hardly half a spoon of chicken, she put that only. And for sauce, OMG i had to repeat same thing 5 times. We pay a good amount of money for good quality food. Otherwise there are so many other good vendors in the same plaza, but i return to you guys as a loyal customer. Bo personal grudges with anyone here but hope you guys will work on this, and hope to hear back soon about my destroyed 4-5...

I’m their regular customer because of their good food and service but I want to give a brief detail about the incident happened to us.

As nowadays some of the delivery driver steals customer’s food after picking up from the restaurant, which is quite disappointing and frustrating. This happened to us on the last weekend and after we got disappointed by the skipthedishes because they didn’t help us with this situation. We went to the restaurant and placed the same order and we told the girls at the restaurant about our situation with the skipthedishes.
