I think I must have come on an off day because my experience is quite different from everyone else's. I came here because of a few elite taste buds I trust rated this one at least 4 stars. For me, the wilting pink edged lettuce, soggy and soft falafels, and lukewarm mushy potatoes, make me think they changed a lot since the other reviews.
This spot shares the same lot as the Brampton Courthouse. So don't be surprised to see a lot of police cars about and if anything, it might make you feel safer. Fattoush is a fast casual spot. It's not very big or bright but it's functional and fairly clean. It reminds me of most fast food spots.
Service here is attentive and kind. You have a question or a request to swap... no problems. Prices here are fairly reasonable, especially if you get the deal of the day. My concerns came quickly when I spied the vegetables on display.. the lettuce looked old and already decaying with it's pink and brown edges. Not a good sign.
Falafel plate with large salad & roasted potatoes - A very generous plate of vegetables topped with olives, pickled vegetables, peppers, and tomatoes. There was 5 falafels on top coated with the requested garlic and hot sauce. Unfortunately the brown and pink lettuce put me off immediately. Also the garlic sauce was not garlicky at all and the hot sauce was super mild. The falafels were not cooked either... mushy and uncooked in the middle with the outside being moderately crispy but more oil drenched. I think they were cooked in a low temperature. The potatoes looked good but they were really just lukewarm boiled potatoes with the 2 mild tasting sauces. 2.5/5
Hummus with beef - Another large dish of hummus that was generously poured in and topped with some beef that was reheated on the griddle. Though it was a big portion, nothing stuck out as being flavourful. I do have to mention the hummus was at least very smooth. I'm not sure if they made it in house or not. 3/5
Falafel side - Same issues as the Falafel plate... undercooked, soggy, and oil drenched. It's unfortunate and I seem to be looking for another spot for my falafel fix. 2/5
Overall, it seems to be run by a nice person but I think the execution and quality doesnt match what others have experienced here. Perhaps a year later, things changed for the worst? That would be...
Read moreHasan this mr manny. Its kind of bias that you get to comment on my review but I cant reply so I decided to reply this way for all your potential customers.
Firstly, I feel sick this morning.
Dont know where your employees found that dried and unappealing beef (only ate a quarter of the plate before tossing it last night). So just based of that you need to either train your staff better or lay some of them off because they clearly dont know how to prepare an order. When someone pays 23$ for a plate at a fast food restaurant they expect some sort of common sense and good service to go into it and there was none of that. You said you want to give me a plate free of charge. No thank you. I have money. What I dont have is time to get sick and feel awful for potentially the next few days.
Secondly, I wish I had taken a picture to show you what was provided to me because I can guarantee you would have been apalled. As the owner of an establishment you should take this review seriously and ensure that people dont get ripped off and also sick. Not only will I not be coming back but I will be sure to tell others about my experience if ever asked to grab a bite at "Fa-tush"
Also if anybody wants a decent meal thats prepared well, good amount of protein, presented well, and more than enough food go to caravan kabob its like 5 mins from here. I know its afghan and not medeterrianian but whatever. The point im making is for the same price you get 1000 times quality and care and...

I used to recommend this restaurant to friends, but my recent experience under the new management was nothing short of unacceptable.
I arrived at 10:45 PM with a group of friends who were trying the place for the first time — solely on my recommendation. The server asked if we wanted to dine in, and I clearly said yes. After preparing our order, we were abruptly told to leave because they were “closing,” despite still being seated inside. The lack of courtesy was jarring, especially considering we were not informed in advance about any dine-in cut-off time.
To make matters worse, we received the wrong order — all four of us. When I called the restaurant to explain, the owner gave a brief apology before hanging up on me mid-call. I called again and requested a refund for the $72 we spent. Her solution? A laughable $8 compensation — $2 per plate — for an order that was both incorrect and handled poorly.
The service and professionalism have completely deteriorated since the ownership change. The new management is rude, unaccommodating, and clearly indifferent to customer satisfaction. A restaurant is not just about food — it’s about how you treat your patrons. Sadly, this place has lost all sense of that.
In the end, given my frustration, the owner lastly offered a plate to me which I politely declined.
I won’t be returning, and I’ll be sure to let others...
