Booster Juice — Restaurant in Brampton

Honestly not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from. I’ve been coming to this location consistently for about 2 years now because I go after heading to the GoodLife fitness. The staff there are always super nice & friendly and alway makes my drink great.

I always get the same thing, açai avalanche with power booster and it’s consistent and great everytime.

Coming from a customer service worker myself my whole life, there has been a severe decline in common courtesy with service workers from customers. At the end of the day, just treat workers with respect and kindness, it’s really not that hard. I’m guessing most of the negative reviews are coming from individuals who want extra special treatment or want “exceptions” made specifically for them when it’s not standard. And when they don’t get their way, straight to a bad review and saying someone has “attitude” or is “rude” lol

Staff are great here and never once had a bad experience out of the 100+ times I’ve...

Poor experience here with management and owners.

We came with the free booster juice coupon as we do every year and the manager Danielle encountered a system error saying it had already been redeemed ON THAT SAME DAY.

We showed the manager the coupons details...Noting that it could only be used at this location. She admitted that she had been working that entire day and that she had not seen us there at all.

We asked if there was anything she can do to fix it and honor the coupon...She told us to call head office. Why should we call head office for their franchise's system issue?

At this point it got really busy so we left as to not hold up the line. I called Danielle back later and she was extremely rude and kept trying to cut me off. We spoke to the owners and they hung up on us! Poor customer experience. Clearly they don't value loyalty, as we are...

Best Booster Juice spot in Brampton. Especially after your workout you can get what you want from Booster Juice on your way out of the gym. The GoodLife Fitness is just downstairs from the Booster Juice bar. The owner is an amazing and down too earth person. I don’t even go to the gym in the mall. I live in a Condo right across the street and I go to Bramalea City Centre where Booster Juice is all the time. Pretty much daily. And when I’m there I always get a Booster Juice for me or my kids no matter what. Just at the fact the owner is such an amazing person. And Booster Juice is the best juice bar, my opinion. Definitely check it out. Amazing people that work at that location and the owner is amazing….....
