California Thai — Restaurant in Brampton

Ordered with Uber-Eats: Medley 3 -rice, honey potatoes, honey garlic chicken and breaded shrimp. Chicken was either over cooked the first time or cremated the second time it was heated up. The chicken could not be cut with a knife, it pulled apart like string. Rice was dry and hard, as well. Also, I asked for soy sauce for my rice, plum sauce for my spring roll and seafood sauce (if available) for my shrimp. Only was given 2 packets of plum sauce. Seriously, this order was almost $30.00, including delivery and tip and California Thai couldn't even provide the condiments requested?? This meal was a let down, I won't be ordering from this...

Good food and good service.

I've eaten at the other restaurants similar to this one - bourbon, Shanghai, kung pao wok. I typically go there as they are located in the main food court and just easier for me.

I decided to try these guys out as I was getting bored of the other places. The food was extremely tasty and well made. The guys cashing out were very nice and courteous. The portion size was very good. They are not stingy at all and fill up the container well. Because of this, I'm a repeat customer and have been coming here for the last few days.

I’m so disgusted, I would never eat from California Thai again! I found a roach in my food and the owner had the audacity to tell me I couldn’t get a refund. Finally after demanding a refund she told me I had to wait for her to get through the line of people waiting to be served. Absolutely not.. do not ever eat here and public health should be paying them a visit.
