Brampton Roti Shop — Restaurant in Brampton

I was served poor quality bland food which I discovered upon opening my bag after leaving the store. I immediately called the store to let them know that my food was bland and ingredients were missing. The lady at the front immediately defended their horribly made doubles which were bland with no flavour or taste. I was told that because I asked for pepper on the side, I was given pepper and mango in a container. The container I was given would be enough pepper sauce for two doubles but I ordered seven. To make things even worse, there was no mango chutney so the bland doubles would have no taste. I called back a second time and spoke with the gentleman who then told me that don’t put mango chutney in there doubles. It’s very disappointing that they did not even try to rectify the situation, especially when the lady knew I was buying doubles for my children. I am very disappointed, I really think this place is going downhill. I would advise to either stay away and if you choose to eat here, DO NOT EAT THE DOUBLES!!!! I'm so sorry to say....I was craving a roti, I haven't had one from here in years, and it used to be so good from here.

The pic is my son's roti after he took three bites and didn't want it.

I ordered 3 boneless goat rotis, 2 with paratha, and 1 with Dahl. The dough was so super thick. It wasn't the melt in your mouth dough. It was as flat as 2 stacked pancakes. I think they did it like this to spread out the hardly there filling.

The goat....what a disappointment, no flavour. I had to add seasoning and salt to it just to get some taste. My son had three bites and said forget it. For the 3 rotis, it cost me over $50, so no freaking way was I going to throw that out. It took me 3 days to eat it.

I asked for extra gravy....they said they did, but I didn't see it nor taste it. Also, the place it needs an update or new paint or something.

Omg! Omg! I don’t know where to begin with this place. Soo I was visiting from New York and not knowing any places really I tried this spot on a whim. Also after reading reviews. This place definitely lives up to the stars and ratings they receive. The food is just absolutely DELICIOUS. Very flavorful, spices on point. Her hot pepper is nice and tasteful and just great. Definitely recommend to all visiting or just in the area for some good Trini good. I had doubles which was great. Goat roti, Chicken roti, I even had a plate of stew chicken.
