Burger King — Restaurant in Brampton

Worst service ever. Denied because of shortage of inventory…this is a first I’ve heard. To the Burger King franchisor strongly recommend this place be reviewed this is a third time I have experienced this here. No other burger kings have this.

Update: Visited agin to give this place another try…ordered via drive through…was told it will take 5 mins to prepare…I said ok. Than after payment I get told get out of line because we need to serve the other cars behind you, you come back in the line. That would have been more than 5 mins we are talking here… So I asked for cancelling the order and refund. The night manager (Indian lady very aggressive and disrespectful) tells me I shouldn’t have ordered if I didn’t want to get back in line. I respectfully again asked…tried to give me cash and when I said pay me back by original method got even more rude saying I was wasting time and that there’s cars behind me. Eventually she completed refund and her parting words were next time don’t order here in a very rude and agressive tone. As much as I get that you don’t enjoy what you do you do not have the right to treat a customer like this. I will never again revisit this place even if I have to drive to a Burger King 25 mins away. Not sure what’s going on at this location, but the frying oil needs to be changed. Again, I ordered onion rings, and they tasted terrible with that unpleasant oil aftertaste. Yuck 🤮. I know Burger King strives to be on top of their products, but this location is always lacking. This is not the first time I’ve had terrible experiences with their fried items. Management needs to address this ASAP. On the bright side, I ordered two combos, and the sandwiches tasted amazing.

The drive-through is terrible if you are driving a truck or a large SUV. I wonder what they were thinking during construction. It’s even more difficult during the winter months. It’s terrible.

The food was tasty overall, but the onion rings must have been cooked in old oil. They had a weird smell, and it’s essential to use fresh oil if they want customers to come back to this location.

The staff was friendly but not knowledgeable about the phone app. Burger King management, please look into the mobile app. Customers are not able to place an order on the same ticket and have to place more than one order.

Was really peeved, I ordered a double whopper with no onions and heavey pickles. It had onions and no pickles. I also ordered an impossible whopper that was fine, and I also ordered a hamburger that if you look on the receipt you can see that what I ordered is not the same on there. I was almost home and realized that there was no hamburger, so I had to turn around cause I was charged for something I didn't get, so you could guess I was pissed. When I got home, I looked at the hamburger, and you can see in the picture that there was nothing on it, and the fries container was half full, and only 1 of the combos had fries. Your staff don't care or they wouldn't mess up like this all the time. Sorry to say, but years ago, this wouldn't fly with the managers . Quality...
