Disappointing Experience - What Happened to the Quality?
It had been a while since I last ordered pizza from this location, and I was really looking forward to it, but unfortunately, I was left quite disappointed. The quality and taste have noticeably gone downhill compared to previous orders.
The pizza I received was dry and completely lacking in flavor. It felt like something was missing maybe it’s the sauce, or the toppings just didn’t have the same fresh, vibrant taste I remember. On top of that, the food quality overall has dropped, which is really surprising since the prices have only gone up. I understand food costs are rising, but it’s frustrating when you pay more and get less in return.
This place used to be a go to for great pizza, but based on this experience, I’m not sure I’ll be returning anytime soon. Something needs to change whether it’s the ingredients or cooking process to bring back the quality that used to be there.
Also the person pizza on special for $4.95 it’s says 8 inch I don’t think it’s that size it’s actually smaller then what they advertised

If you’re looking for amazing pizza in Brampton, this place is definitely worth trying! Their Butter Chicken Pizza is a must-try and they also have vegetarian options, which is great for those with dietary preferences. It’s a kid-friendly spot with a family environment, so you can comfortably bring your little ones along.
The staff are friendly and accommodating, and they’re even willing to adjust your order based on any dietary restrictions, which is a nice touch. While the service is take-out only, the process is smooth and efficient. There’s free parking too, which is always a plus!
However, one recent change has been a bit disappointing while they used to offer 3 toppings with their standard pizza, they now only offer 2, with an extra charge for additional toppings. Given that they’ve already raised the prices, this feels like a bit of a cost-cutting measure. It would be great if they could bring back the third topping without the extra fee.
Overall, it’s still one of the best pizza spots in Brampton, but a small tweak like bringing back the third topping could make it...

I cold the store and the manager was so rude “He said it’s your fault the pizza are cold because you came late 30 mins” I said okay if I came late 30mins means I deserve the cold pizza? And then he goes we make 1000s of pizzas every day and never had issue. I said I don’t care about how many pizzas you make in a day. I care about my pizza. He said “if you come 5 hrs late…” I said I wasn’t 5 hrs late. Then he said you are speaking irrelevant “. I informed him that I am repeating customer whose family gave them a huge order for my cousin’s wedding reception in Sept 2023, and have been ordering pizza ever since. Instead of coming up with a solution and rectify the situation you are too busy being rude and accusing me and blaming me for the pizza to be cold. I said that is fine not a problem thank you and said bye. 30 mins later the manager calls my phone and said he is calling about my pizza order and I said okay and he said you said we weren’t rectify the situation I said yes that is correct you were not rectify the problem let alone letting me tell you the situation. The pizza were not in the warmer holding oven they were on the counter by the casher he said “that is not true” he wasn’t even there when I came to pickup the pizza. He said I was there. I said when I came to pickup the pizza there was only one lady that came to the casher and took my payment and the pizza’s were already boxed and right next to the counter. He said that is not true. I said so basically now you are accusing me of lying. He said he can prove it, by looking at the camera. I said go for it. Pull up the camer. Read moreThe place used to have much better taste than now... Though asking repeatedly, they did not put garlic ginger cilantro and green olives... These are the most important when it comes to desi flavor and it is the reason we go to redswan... Upon asking about missing ingredients, two employees have us different stories, one said, it's already added to the base and other said I chopped it and add it on top... So it confirmed that they forgot.
At last the employee was convinced that she did not put by mistake and we smile and could have left.... But we also ordered plain cheesecake and asked if the strawberry syrup can be on side....
She mentioned we don't have any syrup for cheesecake.. so we ask just for plain cheesecake. But once we finished the dinner and asked for it, we got tiramisu cake.... Upon asking, she started defending that we don't have plain cheesecake as we asked so she decided to give us tiramisu without asking....
That's definitely not redswan experience... We did not drove all the way from Caledon for this....
Next time, I would rather drive a little bit more to either Georgetown or some other...
