NEW: 7/26/25. Brown colored female at between 12:30pm to 1pm, I went into Starbucks and bought a cold brew. Went right outside the store to join a call because I can't talk inside. I'm literally 15 feet away from that door. The weather is too hot to sit outside, and I talk about private information inside. I buy coffee here nearly everyday. I've been a customer for five years. And honestly don't want to come back. There is a sign of that and they never told me that. So now you can't place a call? What if someone leaves something in their car like a jacket? I'm really not happy about this. I am literally in their parking spot. Not the 15 minute parking. The actual space. I will not be buying Starbucks anymore, because they could have told me that or at least have a sign. Will be calling corporate. And have already contacted legal services because I spent probably the most out of any customer this location has. They will be in touch with you from now on. The tables are aess every single day even when opening showing that no wiping of the tables are done. They don't refill the hand sanitizer, there are crumbs and small pieces of food everywhere. They don't clean it in the morning, during the day, and clearly overnight. At one time they had flies buzzing around their food display stand which is gross, and they used to be on the window on the corner where the "disabled table " is. Also, she wasn't very friendly, as she gave me an attitude about it. So BUYER BEWARE. If you go outside to get a jacket or place a call. The patio is too hot to sit on. We have a right to a private phone call. If we are I'm your parking. Especially, literally within 20 minutes of literally buying a coffee.
I told them they lost a loyal everyday customer. They said "I don't care, Starbucks has more customers" **
The young man wearing the hat, working yesterday (Thursday), closing was blasting the music to scare customers out the store for an early close. I've noticed he has done this every time he closes. And cranks it up when I walk in. I've been buying here every day for 3+ years. I'm not happy as not just a customer, but a daily customer that comes multiple times in a day most times. And even buys more coffee when I come. He's done this more than 5 times and it needs to stop now. I'd like to be in contact with the store manager of this location. Please rectify this...
Read moreThis was, hands down, the WORST Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been a loyal customer for 5 years and have always loved the friendly service and quality drinks, but this location was an absolute disaster.
First, we walked in and stood there for five whole minutes with no one even acknowledging us. The store wasn’t busy at all—there were zero customers inside—yet the staff seemed more interested in catering exclusively to drive-thru orders. Why even have an in-store option if you can’t bother to take care of the people standing right in front of you?
When someone finally decided to take our order, they didn’t even make the drinks properly. My frappuccino was a mess, and my chai tea latte wasn’t even hot. It was lukewarm and tasteless. How do you mess up a chai tea latte at Starbucks?
To top it all off, the employees were rude, unfriendly, and completely lacked any basic customer service skills. Not a single smile, no sense of urgency, and it felt like they couldn’t care less about doing their jobs. Honestly, it seemed like they hated being there and wanted us to feel the same way.
I left feeling furious and regretting even stepping foot into this place. It ruined my entire morning. If this is the level of service this location thinks is acceptable, they should rethink their staffing or just shut down...
Read moreWhen this location first opened it was a 5 star location. Recently (past 2 months) I have had a number of issues with my order. First of all, they have not had chai tea (according to the app) in 3-4 weeks. About 6 weeks ago, my tea latte was made with coffee, I spoke to the manager and I was told there was a new person making the drinks and probably mixed it up. This week I ordered a royal English breakfast tea and asked for 4 sugars and when I tasted it, it was missing the sugar. Yesterday I ordered an early grey with 8 pumps of syrup and it was missing. 2 weeks ago I ordered a rooibos latte with extra coconut milk and it had very little coconut milk. A few times I order ice water with my tea and sometimes I get it, sometimes I need to ask for it again. Once I just received water with no ice. Lots of issues for the past 2 months, not sure if it is related to the pandemic, but when it first opened, it was my favourite location. Very disappointed lately! However, staff are always friendly and if I call to complain about my beverage, which I did 6 weeks ago, manager was very willing to make a new one upon...
