City South Pizza — Restaurant in Brampton

I phone ordered a medium pepperoni pizza. Picked up from the store and the guy who gave it to me confirmed medium pepperoni. I came home and opened it and it was pepperoni made indian style with coriander, chili, garlic etc. This was supposed to be for my kids. I called the store and they said you can bring it back. I picked it up on my way home for convenience and because I had to go out for an appointment. I asked them to give me a store credit and they flatly refused. I asked for delivery of the correct pizza which cane 40 mins later. Hungry kids. And they asked to send the other wrong pizza back with the driver. No compensation given for the incorrect pizza. Horrible Horrible customer service. They knew they messed up because the girl who answered said they gave my medium pepperoni to someone else and gave us theirs but didn't own up and provide any customer service. It wouldn't have hurt them to give me a credit. Never ordering from this...

Below was my review from 2 months ago. On June 15th I ordered 3 XL and one small pizzas. I paid 90.00. It was the worst experience yet. Missing toppings, cheese more on one side, not properly cooked. I had 15 people over at my place, and it was so embarrassing. I called and spoke with the manager and he said he will give me a small pizza. 😒 I required a refund. How does a small pizza compensate for 90.00??? horrible food and service. I've been ordering from here since 2021. I'll never recommend it, and my guests will never come here either. Poor service and horrible food. Do better!!!
