Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Brampton

Encountered an issue with my order overnight, apparently Tims corporate can’t help with app orders and the overnight staff did not have the necessary ability to resolve. I called the afternoon shift lead the next day and she went above and beyond to make sure my problem was resolved. I did have to return to the store (she asked when I could come so she could inform the shift lead on duty), but they were able to fix the problem! When I arrived and introduced myself; the shift lead promptly apologized for the inconvenience, resolved the issue and offered additional good will gesture for coming out of my way! All with a smile. Ended up getting what I had ordered anyways and it was made fresh to order and tasted excellent! Would definitely come again when I am in the area.

Weird for a company that is very much a grab-n-go on-my-way type franchise establishment to require you to return to one specific location to resolve issues (I’ve gone to other locations while driving multiple hours away from home as most Canadians do, some stores I will probably never again visit in my lifetime simply due to...

Went to Tim hortons today. not only did they mess up my service and order but the manger on boarder was rude and cold. The guy who took my service was kind and understanding. The girl took my refund was rude in her accountability for the brand. Thanks for the 2 dollar or so refund. But your attitude and telling me to come back the next morning and talk to her manger was of no service. So sad your wedgies are dry and stale but even sadder your service sucks. I work in the service industry so I know the kindness in being understand and accommodating . Shame on you Tim hortons and shame On you for your lack in service and quality. It’s been downhill past years. I’ll take my business elsewhere. I never write negative reviews but this was grossly unacceptable. Ps based b the last few. You guys are truly going downhill. is this the cost of cheap labour? And newcomers to this Country? cuz newcomers what to build a life. And a life in this western world promised by big corporations like you but because your cheap and cost effective is ruining our country and future our prospects. So think about that....

I will never go to this Tim's again. I had foreign currency at first the cashier said she could only accept one 20 bill. She then proceeded to walk away from the register went to the back, used some marker. Which being in retail I know how to check for fakes. She then told me my money fake( which i got directly from a TD bank)and she can't take it. I asked to speak with a manager she said there was none, which I find odd for a busy Saturday afternoon. She leaves again then comes back and tells me I can use the money. Which again according to her it was ok, to it wasn't, to it was fake, too I have to double check with someone. When I asked her how she can use it after accusing me of have fake money how it suddenly changed and moreover she giving me change for the exchange rate when they allegedly don't take it. She only kept repeating she had to double check. With who? Idk bc she said there was no manager. Idk what kind of training they have here, but I will not come here again.
