The worst Tim Hortons, absolute garbage customer service, and they do not have any regards for their customers. never prepare the right order, always rushing, rude behaviour, food is always half cooked even if you ask multiple times to double toast a bagel. management is a joke as they do not care about any of the feedback. staff is always shouting at each other while taking orders at the drive through. i usually avoid going to this store as i know i will regret it while sipping their coffee and eating their bagels. i could go on and on and on about their absolute horrible customer service and quality of food especially in the morning. Went today to this location and ordered four extra large DD and the woman behind the counter repeated my order back to me twice and with a tone of attitude and then made the point to say "well that's going to be two pots of coffee worth ....."
