Subway — Restaurant in Brampton

I have been to this location multiple times. The only staff there that I has amazing experience with is Ann. The others ignore you when you walk in, no hello or anything but Ann always greeted us. We have been coming for years. Ann has always made my order exactly as we requested. Sometimes we order online and I can tell when my order isn’t made by Ann. I would request 4-5 sauces on my order and it’s still dry which made no sense at all whereas when I order an Ann is there it is always made to perfection as she makes it exactly as requested. Ann Marie is always so kind and welcoming, she always makes the sandwiches with love and patience. This subway location is the best location in Brampton. When it gets busy I do not mind waiting in line because I know I will receive excellent customer service and a great sand-which with excellent proportions. Ann Marie does a great job training new staff and including them in conversations while the subs are being made. Firstly she was busy doing her own work Then she refused to read n make our order Rudely replied u need to speak in order to get it Then we politely asked her to please repeat what she said we can’t hear u because of music She replied nobody complains about our music do i need to shout to talk to you ??
