I would give this location ZERO stars if I could. The staff here does not seem to care about the customer what so ever. I had ordered at this KFC location last week and received horrible customer service. To begin with, I was fasting all day and looking forward to eating one of my favourite meals after 12 am. I proceeded to drive-through to place an order because dine-in was closed. I had ordered a veggie burger combo meal with supreme fries (topped with fried beans). The bad customer service started when I was placing my order. I had wanted to order Fanta orange crush with my meal as my drink, but the KFC customer service rep mentioned that it was $0.50 extra because they did not have the fountain drink. So I decided to get Sprite instead because I did not want to pay $0.50 extra, however when I received my order, he had charged me for the Fanta and refused to acknowledge that I had requested a Sprite. Unfortunately, this was only the beginning of the mistakes. I had also specified a spicy veggie burger, but upon reaching home I discovered that it was a normal veggie burger with no spicy mayo. Furthermore, my supreme fries were not edible. They were a disgusting mess of old stale fries, hardly any cheese sauce and a big blob of horrible tasting re-fried beans placed at the very side of the fries. I tried to take a bite and could not even swallow the fries because of how bad the taste was. The burger also tasted very old but not as bad as the fries. If I were not starving from the day and had enough energy, I would had gone back to the restaurant and asked if any one of the employees would be able to eat the meal they had just given me. I understand that half an hour before closing the food might not be the freshest, however if I am paying over $10 for a meal, I except it to be edible at least. I am disgusted at the quality of the meal and the attitude of the employee that was helping me. I go there about 3 days a week and have never had a problem I always order 3 or 4 pieces and I always make sure they are the rib pieces. Most of the time I am served by a gentleman who wears a black turban (apologizes for not knowing his name)Today he was in the back but saw me and said hello. Besides him, there were 2 other females working. I put my order in at the counter and after about 7 minutes I asked the girl about my order as it never took that long. She then proceeded to tell me that there were no ribs available. HOW RIDICULOUS. She blamed the girl making the chicken. I lost my s@&# and asked her why there was no communication between them. Once my order was put through, the girl making the chicken should have seen the order and communicated that the pieces were not available. The gentleman who normally took my order came to the front and apologized. Not only that but he gave me 5 pieces instead or 4. There was a board on the wall saying that the chicken today was being made by āAmandeepā. I asked the girl behind the counter the name or the girl making the chicken but she said she wasnāt allowed to tell me her name and when I asked what her name was, she wouldnāt tell me either. I know that one of their names was Amandeep. Both girls were completely incompetent. I didnāt receive an apology or anything. Thank God for the gentleman and his kind demeanour. He is the reason I will go back. He should teach the other 2 girls how to behave and he should become a team lead, assistant...

With that being said I regret to say the kfc at this location has very distasteful employees! Rude over the phone and in person! I called and made an order to pick up my husband went to collect the meal after work a male employee refused to give him the food, so he initially call me asking if I had made the order here and what it was allowing the employee to hear what the order was the. He gave it to my husband! When the meal came home and we dishes it out everything was saltyyyyyyy they claimed to say the recipe changed! They asked me to come back for a portion of fries! SMH! I promised to never purchase there again! I then told myself everyone needs a second chance, so o decided to try another purchase to call and order the female employee this time told me this wasnāt the location I called to make an order and rudely ask me to call the kfc I called to make an order! Go there!
