I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Komal, and I have to say, her level of service left a lasting impression on me. Working as a flight attendant myself, I understand firsthand how demanding and detail-oriented the service industry can be. It takes not just skill, but also patience, warmth, and genuine care to truly stand out and Komal embodies all of those qualities effortlessly.
From the very beginning, she carried herself with such kindness and professionalism that it immediately set the tone for a positive experience. What struck me most was her warmth it didn’t feel forced or scripted, but authentic and natural. She treated every interaction with attentiveness and respect, never rushing and always making sure I felt comfortable and valued.
As someone who works in this industry, I know how easy it can be to go through the motions, especially during long or busy shifts. But Komal went above and beyond, offering a level of attentiveness that truly blew me away. She demonstrated not only efficiency but also empathy, which is what makes service memorable.
It’s rare to meet someone who can balance professionalism with such a genuine personal touch. Komal made me feel taken care of, not just as a customer but as a person. That kind of service cannot be taught—it comes from who you are at the core.
I sincerely hope Komal receives the recognition she deserves, because she represents the very best of what this industry can offer. If more people carried themselves with the same warmth, respect, and dedication, every service experience would be elevated. She is truly an asset, and I walked away both impressed and grateful.

A week back I was at another swiss chalet in hamilton and I could not believe how good the food was. It was fresh and tasted really good. So I though I would order for my family this weekend from the Brampton location That's close to my home. I was extremely disappointed when we started to eat. The food was so dry and tasted horrible. The fries that we got were burnt, dry and all really small pieces that looked like they were the bottom of the fry bin. The chicken was tasteless and not juicy like when ordered in hamilton. The ribs were dry, stiff and small. Did not have enough bbq sauce like what I had before. I had added the extra stuffing and cranberry sauce and was so amazed at how little you get when you have to pay $4 extra. It doesn't make sense on the portion when you purchase a family meal. Also compared to the stuffing I had the other day, this tasted like it was cook and was sitting around for awhile. It was dry and hard like it was preportioned and not fresh. I will admit my family and I have always loved swiss chalet and have never been more disappointed. Sure sometimes maybe there might be one thing wrong with a meal but to have the entire meal be absolutely horrible is completely unacceptable.

Read moreThis location on Bovaird, just west of Kennedy is not a good Swiss Chalet ( SC) experience, and this was a first for me, as I live out of the country and SC is my go-to spot as soon as I land! It went at 8:15 PM on a Sunday evening, an 1-hr &15min before closing. I stood there for almost 5 min before anyone bothered to seat me, despite 4 separate staff members walking by, making eye contact, and then simply ignoring me. They we're not busy, as there were only about 5 other seated parties already there, and no one else waiting. Once seated, it took another 7 minutes to have someone come over to take my order ( at least she apologized for the delayed service without me saying anything). Once my food arrived, half of it was the wrong order. The chicken had to be re-done, so it was another 15- min. wait. By the time the chicken was re-done, she put it on the same plate as the now cold food, not even bothering to offer to warm up the old food that had been sitting there waiting for the new chicken! By this time, it's going on 9 PM, & the food has been mismanaged so ineptly, that I just ask for a to-go box, pay and leave.
