Hero Certified Burgers — Restaurant in Brampton

Thank You to the owner of this location. It is always clean and never short of high quality customer service. I work in customer service so I know high quality from a mile away. I am always greeted with a smile even with the mask on. I have never been to any eating establishment where the actual owner always make an effort to save me money. Money is tight these days so it is refreshing to see that there are people in these time genuine people keep that mind when dealing with their customers.

The food was amazing to say the least. You can tell the employees are no because it definately reflects in the taste of the food. We ordered alot of food and I was pretty sure I was going to pay alot but that was so far from the case. We ordered 2 double 8oz burgers and a spicy chicken combo. Let me tell you please stop going to McDonalds. The price I paid for the food here I would have never gotten that much food and the quality is uncomparable. My mom is super picky and doesn't like to eat take out at all. She enjoyed the spicy chicken so much she wanted another one. Worst burger experience I've ever had, and that's saying a lot because I love a good burger. Upon first entry, the staff was not very welcoming and after about a 25 minute wait, my burger was incorrect. I asked what came on the original burger and the cashier explained that it came with tomatoes, onions, cheese, relish, and their famous hero sauce. I asked if they were able to substitute the hero sauce with ketchup, mustard, and mayo and they said they could do that. So I repeated myself by saying I wanted tomatoes, onions, cheese, relish, ketchup, mustard, and mayo on my burger. When I finally got my burger.... ONLY ketchup, mustard, and mayo was on the damn thing!? Not even the cheese that COMES on the damn burger. So I walked up to the cashier and calmly told her that maybe there was a misunderstanding and if she could correct the burger. She comes back with all the toppings I was missing on the burger. As for the cheese, it wasn't even melted on the burger, so it was basically a cold slice of cheese on my somewhat hot burger. Was not satisfied whatsoever. WORST EVER! 10025 Hurontario St. I ordered a Heavy Hitter burger combo with a mushroom poutine and a Action Hero burger combo with a poutine. The bugers had NO condiments! I asked for lettuce and got 1 shriveled piece of black lettuce. I asked for onions and got 1 tiny piece of an onion sliver. The mushroom poutine had NO mushrooms and both poutines had NO gravy! I had to use condiments and everything else from my fridge at home and this is what I paid over $40 for? ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I called this Hero Burger location right away and the employees working there kept trying to tell me it wasn't them. There was only two of them working. I asked for a manager and got told there was no manager. They kept saying it must've been a different location when it was their location i had purchased the food at!
