I recently dined at sardar ji new location at Bovaird and hurontario , and my experience was quite disappointing. The food service was significantly below expectations. Firstly, our food arrived extremely late, much longer than the accepted When it finally did arrive, then we did not get cutlery we have to ask for it , which added to the frustration. But the staff and atmosphere was good and staff listen the issue.

Moreover, the quality of the food was not good. The dishes we received were bland and lacked the expected flavours order dal makhni and it taste like it is from few days and doesn’t taste like dal makhni and veg korma have more mushroom as compared to other vegetables and it was so liquidly. It was evident that no care was taken in the preparation and presentation.

Overall, the combination of late service, incomplete orders, and poor-tasting food made for a very unsatisfactory dining experience. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves their service and food quality. But when we tell staff they were nice and listen about the issue and then they offer free dish. I was really disappointed with my experience ordering takeout from this location. I usually go to the Brisdale location, which is just 10 minutes away, but decided to give this place a try—big mistake.

I ordered the tandoori chicken, and when I got home, I was shocked by the lack of care and quality. The dish came with just two pieces of onion, and that was it—nothing else. I initially thought they might have forgotten to add more, but then I noticed they only gave me one small container of white sauce for an entire chicken. That’s unacceptable.

As for the chicken itself? It was terrible, completely dry, bland, and tasted like leftovers. It was clear no effort was put into this meal.

If you’re considering takeout, save yourself the disappointment and head to the Brisdale location instead. Their chicken is far superior in taste, freshness, and presentation, they also include more sides and sauces.

I can’t speak to the dining-in experience here, but for takeout, I absolutely would not recommend this location.
