Not sure why Kaashvi calls itself a fine-dining restaurant because nothing about our visit lived up to that claim. From the moment we walked in, it was one disappointment after another.
We were first seated at a table that was unstable, so we asked to move. The second table we got wasn’t even clean. Despite this, we tried to stay optimistic and ordered Stuffed Paneer Tikka and Kalmi Kebab as appetizers, followed by Paneer Lababdar with Garlic Lacha Parantha and Chili Lacha Parantha.
The only highlight of the meal was the Kalmi Kebab – juicy, well-cooked, and good in portion size. That’s where the positives end.
The Stuffed Paneer Tikka was a disaster – bland, hard, and absolutely below even average restaurant standards. We could barely eat three pieces and left the rest. One of the servers noticed the untouched paneer and asked for feedback, so I gave it honestly. Surprisingly, the server admitted that many guests had complained about the same dish. He offered to take it away, and we agreed.
Then came the main course – again, completely underwhelming. On top of that, they served the wrong bread. I ordered Chili Lacha Parantha and was given a plain one. At this point, I was too disappointed to even ask for a replacement.
When we asked for the bill, things got worse. There were additional items listed that we didn’t even order. I usually don’t double-check bills, but I did this time because I wanted to see if they charged us for the inedible paneer. They had. I requested they at least charge only 50% for it since we couldn’t eat it, and the server had already acknowledged the issue. While they did remove the extra charges, they only gave us a measly 5% off on the stuffed paneer – not what was agreed.
The whole experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and honestly, frustrating. Dirty tables, bland food, wrong orders, billing mistakes, and a staff that does not seem to care – this place is nowhere near fine dining.
I had initially planned to host my mom’s birthday party here, and I’m SO glad I came to try it out beforehand. That would have been a nightmare.
Kaashvi might look nice from the outside, but the experience left a bad taste — literally and figuratively. Would not...

I am writing to express my deep disappointment following my experience at your restaurant on 11 May 2025, which fell far below acceptable standards of service.
My partner and I arrived around 9 PM and placed our order immediately, even though the restaurant was very busy. We chose a table that was not clean, assuming it would be cleaned promptly and that our food would arrive in a reasonable time. The table was eventually cleaned after 15 minutes, but no water or cutlery was provided. Despite the circumstances, we remained patient and continued to wait.
Unfortunately, we waited nearly an hour without receiving our order. When the tandoori platter finally arrived—50 minutes later—it was incorrect. We were informed when ordering that it would include paneer kebab and chaap, but instead of chaap, we were served mushrooms. Upon pointing this out, we requested the entire platter to be replaced with paneer tikka, the staff agreed—but after another long wait, nothing arrived.
Ultimately, after over an hour of waiting and poor service, we left the restaurant without having eaten. We were extremely disappointed and frustrated, especially after arriving hungry and hopeful for a good dining experience.
I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and make immediate improvements to your service and communication. What we experienced was simply...

We’ve really enjoyed the food and service at this location — both are consistently excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful, and we’ve had some great experiences here.
That said, we’ve been very disappointed lately due to how promotions are being handled. A grand opening special (25% off all food items) was clearly advertised to run from June through the end of July. Relying on this, I recently ordered without asking — only to find out at the register that the promotion had been canceled with no notice. When I asked, staff simply said, “It’s no longer valid.”
Even more confusing, the happy hour drinks promotion is still prominently displayed in the window, yet we were told they’re no longer honoring it either.
It’s frustrating when promotions that customers rely on are suddenly pulled without any warning, especially when they’re still being advertised. I understand that sometimes businesses need to make changes, but pulling a well-publicized offer early — without updating signage or informing staff properly — is poor customer service.
Again, we love the team here and the quality of food is great. But it’s hard to trust what to expect when things change so abruptly and...
