They are thieves they pack less Food and charge full, after that they start arguing, we asked them either Deliver us short food or pay us back through e-transfer, they are not good business people, they have opened restaurant to rob people.their manager even was not able to talk due to their dishonest behaviour.
Very sadden to get answer from owner/Manager below. If you are not in a business of E-Transfer then we are also not that free first we visit the restaurant to get our food then to get refund for shift plate of noodle. Also your staff should know you return policy. We will bring food back only if you gave. Your staff, Mr. Vikram, clearly mentioned even if it is restaurant’s mistake or not Restaurant do not have refund policy. Instead of compensating our time and your mistake you are arguing just like your staff.
You should have the policy to refund to customers alongwith compensation for your own mistakes instead of arguing. We can understand that $17-20 can be a big amount for people like you, but we do not appreciate your reply and services we got after spending $170/- people can understand your level of understanding of problem that you are ready r ready to lose customer for $20 but do not wish accept and correct your mistake, spend some money on staff so that you can better serve your customers. When we contacted to complain your staff said that manage is not available to talk. Buy a house with our and other’s such kind of robbery.
Keep it as a donation my friend. If Bikram is a manager then why he said that manager is not available to talk. If u need more money sit down on the road side u will get more money and do not rob people Like this. Less food means missed dish. We can not come to get $20 but yes can give u and ur family daily $20 donation. Please do not fool people and yes person who is spending $ 170/- he can speak dishonest story for $20. That is why your manager was talking like a normal employee not disclosing his designation.

Read moreThis used to be my favourite restaurant. Today I went there for a meal but it was a disgusting experience. I would like to mention here that the staff was very polite and dutiful. However, a big thumbs down and shame to the management who do not hire enough work force to run the show! I could actually see the staff runn here and there and hearing people behaving rudely to them just coz they were not served in time which was only coz there was workforce shortage. I really feel pity on such kids who work at such places!!! I would recommend NOT going to such places. Update: upon discussion with the manager, she was extremely rude and started to give lame reasons and said go out!!! Guys if you really want to face an untrained manager with bad attitude and failed service, go there otherwise never go to this place!! Moreover, we ordered noodles, manchurian, chicken pakora, fish pakora, beer and springrolls. Out of which chicken pakora never arrived, beer arrived after 3-4 reminders and after waiting for more than half an hour. Out of noodles, only 1 portion arrived and the other portion was forgotten! No ketchup or chutneys were served with food. And about the taste, I dont even want to mention!!!
Answer to the owners response: The scene at the reception was started by your manager. We were normally discussing but the manager got agitated n stopped listening and even walked away, hence for my voice to reach her ears, raised. Yes there were some more customers n I wanted everyone to know what kind of attitude she has for customers. However, I do not expect any better looking at the attitude yesterday but would definitely let others know so that no one else spoils their evening mood!! If I would have been the one who got the feedback, I would review my process why chicken and fish was hard, was it overcooked. Instead to showing the ego that you don't care and commenting on customer feedback in a negative way that i dont have to travel the world etc.. You may have your own receipes, wonerful, but don't add chinese in your name in that case because nothing was chinese in those two dishes. And you also ignored that I appraised your staff and momo dish. This is second feedback reply I've seen which is reflecting your agogant reply on this platform. Come on feedback is for improvement. Remember your recipes may be your own and may be good and you may be cooking lot of dishes everyday but feedback was genuine. Learn to respect customer genuine feedback. I would have been in your place, I would have asked my customer who had spent $80 to visit again and offer him/her the same dish as Complement instead of showing my ego. By the way I've no plans to come even if it's free. However I suggest, why don't you attend constructive feedback absorbing session and ask your chef to attend cooking classes again so that you will like the feedback.
Initial Feedback: Ambience was good so was the staff. Liked chilli momos. Hakka noddles were ok. Worst part was that all other dishes were worst I've eaten in life. Ordered schezuan chicken: it was so hard and no flavour at all. Chilli fish was hard and had no fish flavor at all, It seemed to be kept in refrigerator and served heated.
