I literally just hung up with a woman who claimed she was the manager. I asked about the go buckets and referred to it as the snack & go bucket. (I wasn’t sure what they were called). She flat out said “no we don’t do them”. I have had them multiple times at this location (food was never great and was neither clean but it’s the closest to my house) with my kids. While trying to explain I looked it up in their menu and asked “you don’t do the go buckets?” and she said “yes we do but you said snack and go”. She had an Indian accent and a severe attitude from the time she answered the phone. She didn’t want to even try to figure out what I was talking about about 4 times all she said was “we don’t do that”. As a manager I’m sorry it wasn’t rocket science to suggest something from the menu that sounds similar to what a customer is talking about to try to figure things out. Instead she got hostile and said “well you said snack and go” and when I asked her name she hung up on me and then put the phone off the hook so I couldn’t get through again. It keeps giving me a busy signal. As an owner of this location I would be concerned with her position in the company. Definitely not manager behaviour. She definitely should not be trusted with such a high position to run a location when you treat customers like that. Managers should go the extra mile. Just the KFC name will bring customers in but it’s customer service that will bring customers back to the location. Read moreWent through drive-thru around 10:10 p.m., their drive-thru closes at 11 p.m., ordered my food and was told to park and wait for someone to bring it out to me. I waited 30 minutes and no one came to my car, then I went into the drive-thru AGAIN and waited another 15 minutes to get my food, wasting my gas.
As soon as I got to the window that’s when they finally gave me my food after telling me to wait for an employee to deliver it to my car outside. I opened the bag and realized they were a few things missing, I told the employee and he said because they’re NOW closed they aren’t making any more of what’s missing. Keep in mind I ordered 50 minutes before closing.
I asked what my options were for this inconvenience and was given a large fries for it, knowing that’s one of many items that were missing. I took my food and unfortunately on my way home my younger brother noticed half of the items were missing and most of his meal was too, I checked my takeout bags for a receipt and did not find or get one, luckily I have the transaction charge on my bank account to show proof of purchase.
I am extremely disappointed with this service and would not recommend this location for food. This is not the first time a situation like this has occurred with me, missing food, late delivery, uncooperative employees. Read moreOrdered a chicken bowl from the drive through and initially they "forgot" to give me the item. I returned back after only a minute to get my missing item, and when I arrived home to open my food half of my bowl had been EATEN. When returning to the store to discuss this disgusting matter with the employees, as they saw me enter they ran to the back as if they already knew why I was there, and when one of them came back to the front she quickly took the bowl out of my hands and started mixing it around with a spoon while stating "it was full and probably only flipped over so it got messed around". They workers attempted to lie to save themselves and say I myself ate it and then drove all the way back to complain, but in their own language which I understood they were saying "the snitch came the snitch came". Not only is it absolutely disgusting to eat another persons food and then give it right back to them, but also to try to manipulate the situation instead of owning up to the incident is truly irking.
The employees working were during an evening shift and stated that their manager was not present at the location during the time, which displays what kind of odd and greedy behaviour those workers have when not under supervision.
Will never be returning and will be reporting...
