Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Brampton

I swing by this location from time to time and in the past the service had been ok. Recently, I've been there more frequently and I find the service is getting worst and worst. I went there on Monday and the drive through was extremely long, so I parked and walked in. I waited for approximately 20 minutes for my order! I let it go and rushed to work. Yesterday, I decided to use the drive through, since it was significantly shorter. When I placed my extra large tea order, the person taking the order said sure no problem, but when I got to the window, the person told me they don't have extra large and I would have to choose from a small, medium or large. So fine, I ordered a large. I know on my app I had a free item, but then the guy said my London fog tea is not included in the free item. I asked what is included, he said coffee, tea and baked goods.... I said London fog is a tea ... You just said it was called "London fog tea". He said it was head office's fault and he can't do anything about it. So again, I just paid and went off to work. When I arrived, and open up my tea, my cup was filled to about an inch from the top, where the foam started ... And the tea was closer to an inch and a half from the top of the cup. So I went from getting a free XL tea to paying for a large but getting less than a medium size beverage! Very disappointing!!

its understandable if its once or twice but the workers here are so horrible that its shameful to even think that tims have hired people who dont even know that their is coffee in cafe mocha. i take highway from here so its most convenient for me to grab my morning drinks from here but its sad that not just once almost everytime i buy anything from them its horrible and i end up just throwing what ever i buy. many a times they just dont put the expresso shot in my mocha and just the chocolate syrup and when i asked her the next day to make sure to out coffee she said their is no coffee in cafe mocha. i dont think they ever bothered to clean the grills they use to toast any breads as its always burnt anytihng you buy has this black residue i dont know if they ever clean the machines they use. rather just close the location so that people...
