Taco Bell — Restaurant in Brampton

I haven’t had Taco Bell in years and decided to get it tonight. Disappointment is an understatement. This location has to be the worse I have ever seen. First off, we ordered online on our way there. The pick up time says 10:40 pm. When we got there no one acknowledge us for quite some time. No one attended to us until a delivery driver came in.

We did get there before our pick up time which was fine we were willing to wait. There was no one there but us and 2 delivery drivers which came in got the food right away and left.

There were at least 6 people working there. We can fully see the kitchen from where we were standing. They were all just standing there talking. We waited half an hour before I spoke up asking what is taking so long since we ordered online already. Our food magically was ready within a minute of me speaking up.

When I got the food I tried checking to make sure everything was there as we order quite a few stuff but was all stuffed in a tiny bag. The lady who gave our food appears to be the manager and claims everything is in there.

We ordered 2 combos exactly the same which included fries supreme with beef. We got 1 with beef and 1 with beans. I ordered 2 dulce de leche bites and 2 cinnabon delights which they package in 2 different boxes which turns out to be all dulce de leche bites. When you take half an hour to make someone order especially with 0 walk in customers, you would expect your order to be correct the least.

More than 6 employees standing around speaking their own language and i’m not even going to mention what that language is. A manager who does not even push their employees to work but stand around and talk with them. Waited half an hour for an online order placed ahead of time. Multiple mistakes in the order and the food quality is completely garbage.

Definitely will not recommend Taco Bell especially this location to...

The food was good ONCE WE GO IT, particularly the new & improved seasoned fries, & especially the bacon grilled quesadilla (with steak). But it took us 35 minutes to get our food. The drive-through was super-busy, so we went inside, & once we ordered we were told by someone from the kitchen it would be about 5-6 minutes (because they were busy, no problem). Sat down, waited, & waited, & waited. People who came after us were getting served (with a wait as well, to be fair), but leaving with take-out. I saw the woman who took our order look over@our empty table, noticeably exasperated, went to go talk to the guy from the kitchen. Waited some more. Finally went to the counter, waited some more, & after 5 minutes FINALLY got our food. They were very busy & we were trying to be very understanding & patient, but 35-40 minutes for a dine-in of "fast food" is utterly ridiculous. Maybe we should've just got our $50+ returned, but we were hungry & didn't want to go driving again somewhere else. Will probably avoid this...

I had a fantastic experience at the Taco Bell on Cherry Crest recently, especially with their veggie options. The staff was super friendly, and the location was clean and welcoming. I tried the Vegetarian Crunchwrap Supreme and it was amazing—packed with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, creamy guacamole, and seasoned black beans. The crispy edges of the wrap were the perfect touch, and it was hearty without being too heavy. I also went for a Vegan Crunchy Taco, which had flavorful black beans and the perfect crunch.

I also grabbed some Cinnamon Twists, which are always a treat. Overall, everything was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was hoping for. The service was quick and efficient, and I loved how easy it was to customize my meal to be fully vegan.
