Wow, talk about attitude of the drive thru person Who took my order, once I reached the pickup window I let the cashier I had an electric coupon on my mobile if I can use it now. Wow she got so upset and slammed the window, then in about two mins she open the window and stated to warn me âyou better say that you have a couple when placing orderâ she warned me again and again. I got so upset and asked to speak to manager again she said âif you want speak to manager you need to come inâ then she slammed the drive-thru door again. Wow I was shocked the way she was taking to me. I couldnât believe someone can get treated like this. Again I asked to speak to a manager she again said âif you want to speak to manager come insideâ I have clearly told her I am not moving till I speak to a manager. After 20 mins finally manager came to the window and asked what happened. Explained what happened and how I was treated by her staff. Even manager didnât seem to care, or take the matter seriously. She just listened to what I had to say. I received my food while I was waiting for manager with no receipt. I asked manager for my receipt so I can do a review and post a copy of it. At this location every single person needs to be retrained, especially in people skills and customer service skills. Poor customer service pls avoid this location if possible
My plant based sandwich was so dry and bun was so cold. I was so upset to go back and complain...
Read moreAfter eating here for more than 2 years, The service is good but the food has gotten mediocre and worse as time went on. The "Famous Fried Chicken" Sandwich is one of the worst chicken sandwiches i've ever had, the meet is as tough as bacon, the fried exterior is like it had corn flakes glued to the chicken. The sauce is disgusting and doesn't match the chicken at all, and the bun rips apart easily like cheap slices of white bread at walmart. The only good chicken sandwich at KFC is probably the two tender crunch which is a bit too salty but it's better than the "Famous Chicken Sandwich" which looks ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like the advertising pictures.
Other than there miserable attempt at a "chicken sandwich", the fried chicken itself isn't bad. It's a little on the greasy side, but other than that the meat in the chicken pieces is cooked well, and the fried skin is seasoned properly. Like all KFC's, the fries are godawful. No salt at all, dry, super bland and has a weird and noticeable chemical taste. The only good food here is the chicken pieces and that's it. I defintely would reccomend popeyes down airport and queen street if you're looking for a good fried chicken experience instead of a quick chicken craving.
KFC's chicken pieces are good, but Popeyes is overall a better restaruant. I tend to think of KFC as the place you would go to when Popeyes is closed or the line...
Read moreWent to the drive-thru today the Supreme was upside down all the cheese was stuck to the cardboard of the top the skin of my four-piece was dry hard as a rock I felt like I was eating potato chips period I had no straw in the bag one napkin only for four piece and no receipt in the bag. When I was trying to confirm and repeat at the side side window there was an employee speaking over me I couldn't even talk to the girl that was at the window she rudely interrupted and continued to speak very poor customer service the meal. I had to dig underneath the skin to have some piece of chicken definitely not worth my $16 and change. I paid my money I did not even get to enjoy my meal I still hungry because all I ate was little pieces of chicken underneath that hard crust skin. I asked myself was this deep fried twice never had anything like this before at any KFC . I think the franchise owner should pay a little more attention here when someone spends $20 and they're still hungry because they couldn't enjoy is there meal unless I scraped the cheese off the cardboard box, and for the rest of the meal I had to tear the skin off to have whatever pieces of meat was underneath there. At that point I decided to write this review and...
