Taco Bell — Restaurant in Brampton

Just placed an order on Uber eats for the cantina chicken quesadilla and left special instructions for them to put NO CHIPOTLE SAUCE just cheese and chicken in the quesadilla and I payed 1$ for extra cheddar cheese in it , they gave me an extra sauce on the quesadilla with little to no cheese in it. This was actually disgusting it was soggy and wet . There’s a reason this location has such low stars. They also NEVER give any sauce packets even when you order 2 per item. Pure idiots at this location. Also the cantina quesadilla meal is supposed to come with chips and cheese sauce and I ordered an extra chips and cheese so I’d have 2. They didn’t give me the second chips and cheese and they’ve done this about 5 times now so you’re telling me I’m paying 12$ just for the quesadilla???? How stupid and lazy are the workers here, everytime I order or go it’s an awful experience and somethings always wrong. They have a Wendy’s right beside their location and yet everytime you order the chilli cheese fries they just put the taco ground beef on it , it’s never real chilli . This location is so trash compared to others and they are so stingy, they NEVER give any hot sauce packets EVER even in person they will tell you yes it’s in the bag but it’s not!!!!!!!! I don’t know what dingbat works here or who put them in charge but they need to do better , this location is 2.5 stars how embarrassing and sad for the manager at this location, DO BETTER !!!!! ALSO ONE TIME I CAME INTO THE DRIVE THROUGH AND HANDED THE LADY A 50$ BILL AND SHE GAVE ME 8$ CHANGE AND TRIED TELLING ME I GAVE HER A 20 AND IT TOOK 10 MINUTES OF CONVINCING TO GET MY PROPER CHANGE BACK AND FOR ANOTHER LADY WHO WORKS THERE TO APOLOGIZE!!!! I’ve seen other people talking about this a lot how they don’t give the proper change or how they double charge you or add items that you never ordered onto your receipt, seems very fishy like someone is trying to scam customers here. Very fishy and this needs to be investigated!!!!!! Hopefully soon this nonsense stops. I will never come to this location again, I will pay the extra delivery fee on Uber eats or drive a little further just to never come here again. My experience at Taco Bell was far from satisfactory, and it highlights the importance of accurate order fulfillment and attentive customer service, especially when customers have specific dietary needs or health concerns. Guru the shift manager, Supreet the cashier, both continued to show disrespectful service.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Taco Bell. Not only did they mess up my order for my 3 year old son, but they also gave me a spicy item when I clearly stated that it should be a plain cheese quesadilla.

As a pregnant woman, who is 7 months pregnant this was highly inconvenient and concerning for my health. To top it off, they made me come back to the restaurant with the incorrect product, wasting my time and energy. I expected better service and attention to detail, especially considering my situation.

However I was directed to speak to Simran “assistant store manager”, who also kept denying that they had made a mistake overall. Simran was unable to recognize that the food item itself DOES in fact have a spicy sauce. She failed to even know what her menu offers.

As someone who works in the customer service industry, this is by far the most horrible, and rude service I have gotten. The neighbouring stores such as timhortons and Wendy’s always provide the best service, so I’ll be sure to never come back or recommend this location to anyone.

I hope this feedback reaches the restaurant management and prompts them to take corrective action to ensure such situations are avoided...

This Specific Taco Bell is tricky. Their food is satisfactory and is quite yummy honestly. But my main problems is that their fountain drink system is either broken or the staff are not properly trained. I ordered a Baja Blast and when I sipped it, it straight up tasted like water with food coluring. Most of the time my Baja Blast has a perfect balance of water and baja blast syrup but the new employees at Taco Bell clearly are not trained.

Anyways, the food is expectedly satisfactory since it's an american attempt at "authentic" mexican food. If you want authentic mexican food don't even consider Taco Bell. Only go to Taco Bell if you can't afford authentic mexican food, and are just craving something mexican-like. Sometimes the burritos are bland so make sure to ask for their hot sauce which is good on chicken. They share their french fries with KFC, do not order french fries since they are dry, not seasonned at all and cold most of the time, I'd rather reccomend you get the Supreme Fries since it has sauce and their "mexican beef" at least give some flavor for the fries.

Regardless, Taco Bell is an "okay" restaurant.and it's about borderline mediocre. Again, I just recconmend this spot as a craving spot or want to just hang out with friends with cheap food and...
