I have visited almost all the locations of KFC in GTA Area. But the Customer Service and professionalism at this location is extremely poor.
Last incident is worth mentioning. Called up the store to order a Combo from current FLYER. The Staff member (female) was not aware of the Store Flyer. Why they are in store if they dont know about store policies and offers? We order ahead to save waiting time in store but poor service is always a feature of this location. Appeared at the store, showed them the flyer and than they apologised. Till here, it was fine. Then a lady appeared on the Front Desk, without name plate on her shirt and started arguing in an unprofessional manner. I just told her that store guys are expected to be aware of the promotions. Her answer: "YOU CAN VISIT OTHER STORE, IF YOU DONT LIKE SERVICE HERE. DONT COME TO THE STORE." For the information of all, she is always wearing Head Scarf. I have to cite her appearance here as she was not wearing her name slip. Moreover, she presented herself to be the Supervisor. What the hell! If she is Supervisor, she should be given a thorough training in Customer Service. A Supervisor should go beyond other juniors to satisfy the customer concerns..But her attitude!! I politely said that I may report this to KFC management.. She openly gave a damn! Lastly, they never give you RECEIPT/BILL OF PURCHASE with Customer Feedback/ Customer Survey link. Read morePlease stay away from this location.They don't put the full meal when they give it to you.Upon going at home when I called them about The missing items , they just lamed it that they are sorry .Upon asking that if they can deliver it ,they won't do that , they have no option to return the money either , food was paid via card and they would only return it via cash and that too if I go back again and pick the cash , girl who answered the phone Preeti , wouldn't not provide the owners or managers number , and Was rude enough to say you just take the cash or stay at home , your choice , please stay from this location, highly unprofessional. Read moreAs a food critic, it is my duty to give an honest and unbiased opinion on the food that I taste. Unfortunately, my recent experience at KFC was less than satisfactory.
Firstly, I found the chicken to be quite dry and lacking in flavor. It seemed as though it had been sitting under a heat lamp for far too long before being served. The breading was also quite greasy, leaving an unpleasant aftertaste in my mouth.
The sides were also a disappointment. The mashed potatoes were lukewarm and tasted as though they had been sitting out for a while. The coleslaw was overly sweet and lacked the necessary crunch and tanginess.
To top it off, the service was slow and disorganized. It took far too long to place my order, and when it finally arrived, it was not what I had requested.
Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience at KFC. While I understand that fast food restaurants may not always produce the highest quality food, I was expecting more from a chain as well-known as KFC. I hope that they can improve their food and service...
