We ordered 24 Chicken Wings from 305 Royal W Dr, Brampton, ON L6X 0B3 location on 9th December Time: 8.20pm First of all The order arrived after an 1 hour 15 minutes. We were told that the order should be there in 50 minutes When we asked the driver regarding this he called his owner and the owner spoke to us at the end it was agreed that we need to pay half amount But the driver left rudely without taking any payment. We called the customer service and try to explain what happened, but the associate on the phone was not in a condition to listen and started arguing with us. "Any where in the world this is totally unacceptable that you are arguing with customer and telling them that they are wrong" I work in hospitality industry and this behavior is totally unacceptable
After eating some of the wings we figured out they were not cooked properly. Then we tried to call customer service and let know about the issue but the call was disconnected for 5 times and no one was ready to listen After that when we called again The lady on the phone told us that our number and address is banned for any further orders, We told her that we have a complaint to register she told us to call tomorrow morning 11 am again totally unacceptable answer Then we told her that we are going to the store still the response was not positive from other side
After we went to store The store supervisor Extremely rude, arrogant, lot of attitude, zero customer handling skills. When we told her about the issue, She was like oh I dont even care about this. Then we called the customer service again and try to sort out the things then the supervisor agreed to give us 7 wings and told us to wait for 20 mins that to in very rude manner, although we paid the entire amount for the wings. When the wings were ready she just threw the box of wings towards us and told us check it and leave the store, still the attitude was very rude and the way she was treating us was totally unacceptable. While in store I was writing this complaint and asked the supervisor for her name. And I was shocked to hear her reply. "I will not give my name" We asked mam we want to complaint about you so I need your name, she totally refused to give her name. Being a supervisor is this answer acceptable??? Then at the last the owner came to the store specially just to provide the supervisors name.

So first we ordered the pizza and they said it would come in 45 mins which is unbelievable and we said not to make it cold this time. then after 45 mins we called them they said 5 mins then after 5 mins it has not arrived! later after 20 more mins it finally arrived and they called us and said the pizza is here! Since last time the pizza was cold we opened the pizza box checked and the pizza was cold but we had to take it because we were starving and had nothing to eat. So we had to warm it up in the microwave. We were eating it and we noticed that they did not even make it indian style and they didn't put half of the toppings we asked for. Then when we got to the wings there was no sauce and no flavour a bit of blood and they were disgusting. Then after we were done eating we called their shop. They put us on hold like always and she answered and she said would you like to place a order, we said no and asked to speak to the manager or the owner, since last time they did not do anything and they said they would give a note. Like last time they did the same thing but we said no. Then they kept on putting us on hold continuously and asking would you want to place an order OMG!!! Then finally we got ahold of the "manager" but then later she said she was the head office and said they coudn't do anything??? That is my story never eat from this place rude staff and pizza depot is much better and they will never fix their problem and btw they never use gloves and sit on the cooking counter! I've had the same order for 7 years and yet the one, and ONLY time I've called to complain about how my order was wrong, the phone ladies showed 0 ability to resolve my complaint.
I've ordered the same 3 large thin crust pizzas for years. However this time, none were thin crust. Furthermore, coriander was wrongly added on one of the pizzas. Preet Brar, without even seeing the pizzas, INSISTED that the thin crust was correct, but offered to resolve the coriander pizza after first confirming the number of slices remaining.
The other two pizzas, she asked that I return all 10/10 slices in each pizza after 7/10 remained. Disrespectful and unhelpful, Preet Brar is a terrible employee.
Regardless, my business has been permanently lost. I've perhaps ordered on a monthly basis for the last 7 years.
To others, they're are cheaper, tastier, and better pizza places nearby that are willing to fix...
