I recently visited Pita Pit for the very first time, and I have to say—this was by far the best first experience I have ever had at any restaurant. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, but what truly set this visit apart was the exceptional service provided by Navdeep and Taun.

These two amazing staff members went above and beyond to explain the menu in detail, ensuring I understood all the delicious options available. Their patience and enthusiasm made my experience even more enjoyable. I had a specific request for two regular bowls, and not only did they accommodate my preferences, but they also offered insightful recommendations to make my meal even better. Their expertise and friendliness turned what could have been a simple meal into an outstanding dining experience.

The best pita pit location I have ever visited. I never had a problem with any pita pit locations (nothing like the problems at a subway🙄) but this one was just (chefs kiss). Blake was absolutely amazing he just made my day. He was so pleasant and kind, very patient. Extremely apologetic as well, as my meat was taking a little longer than usual to cook. He has perfected opening the pita 🫓. I watched him thinking it would rip (like they always do) but he did a great job making the perfect wrap. If I had a complaint it would be how soft and mushy the tomato were I definitely could tell they were freshly cut. It just wasn’t a good tomato. That’s no fault of his. I have been to this location on Mississauga Rd many times and enjoy the service I have been given every time…except tonight. I drove 20 minutes to this location and made it there at 8:50pm…10 minutes until they closed. As soon as I walked in ready to order, I was denied service. The man behind the counter had told me they were just catching up with orders and then closing at 9pm. Very unprofessional to turn away a customer before the restaurant is closed. Employees were more concerned about leaving the restaurant as soon as it hit 9pm rather than taking care of their customers.
