After exercising, my kids and niece decided to get a Booster juice. We entered the store and were asked to leave because six people were in the store. We gladly left because I did not realize that there was a five person limit. We went back in and five people were in the store. I paid for the order and waited just like the previous people. I spent $54.00 Three more people entered the store and the cashier looked up and asked us to leave again. I said that I am still waiting for my order and I had paid in full. The last person who entered the store should leave, like we gladly did when asked. Why should I pay for my order and have to wait outside to receive it? The previous people did not. Why are we different? Does this make sense? I left and told my niece to stay and take the order home to enjoy. I did not feel like drinking it anymore. She should not have asked to leave without getting my full order that I paid for. She was still making the last drink and three wheat grass. We were very polite and I just told my kids and niece that I am sorry for her...
Read moreMy dad brought me here on Friday after school for a treat. I had the ripped Barry booster juice. It was great. On the wall was a sign for customer appreciation day today which is Sunday, November 13. My dad brought me back for another booster juice. I love the ripped berry so I got the same one. The cup was not filled and had a lot of space left for more. My dad asked the lady to kindly put the rest in the cup because there was a lot left in the jug. The lady just said that it’s too thick and we’re closed now. This time The ripped berry booster juice did not taste good at all, and my dad had to throw mine down the sink. I’m sure it did not taste good because the person didn’t take the time to mix it properly, and half of the ingredients were still at the bottom of the jug that she refused to pour into the cup. This was a very disappointing customer appreciation day! Because neither of us felt appreciated! To the lady that helped us, if you don’t like your job then please quit and find...
Read moreWent in not knowing what I wanted exactly and as I walk in, I'm looking at the board of what to order for maybe about 10-20 seconds. There is a gentleman in front of me, who has already placed an order. I was asked by the red haired girl that is working very rudly "what do you want" and I told her that I am still deciding but I've only been in the store for about 30-40 seconds by now. And I asked her if it was closed based on how she talked me to me. She said no but again very rudly "what do you want" I said to her I'm still deciding again, and then she promoted me to look at the menu above on the wall and the ones that are attached to the counter. This employee seriously needs to learn some customer service. I've worked in customer service for like 8 years so I know a thing or two. This is also the second time I've encountered her and this time warranted a review because she was just overly rude this time. Definitely will tell people to avoid...
