Worst pizza pizza ever. I ordered on phone. When i arrived, pizza was of smaller size then the box. If one shook the box, pizza would be running in side the box because of smaller size. Employee working there was arguing that pizza is always smaller than the box, which is completely false. I felt that pizza pizza and this employee of there, is trying to be fraudulent and fooling me. I told them that i have worked for pizza pizza for very long time and then employee's agent shock and yet he kept shrugging off his shoulder. He was trying to say that this what it is. Take it or go. Of course he did not say that in words but him shrugging his shoulder said it. When i called customer service people on phone they also tryied to argue for a while that pizza is usually smaller then the box. Then i asked for supervisor. Supervisor also argued for some time and then he said that he will tell the store to make a replacement. I had not picked the pizza that was smaller because it was wrong product and when replacement was requested by the supervisor, store employee said the order has been cancelled. So ended up walking out the store with no food at all. Its as if pizza pizza is open just for employee's and employees don't want customers to come in. If customers come in then just take what ever store has made then and not complain about it. Worst experience ever with store employees and pizza pizza customer service. Supervisor was bad to but atleaat he tried to correct the mistake. However store said or has been cancelled. I, as customer, never asked cancellation. No food was given to me at any time. Read moreIt's Pizza-Pizza. Expectations are usually low and it's usually a late-night or quick pizza source. But I do think they lack even the basics in terms of flavour and production. The toppings are fine but the pizza itself didn't have that kind of flavour. I would however recommend going to another pizza place nearby if it's open.
Update: So I ordered Pizza from the Pizza-Pizza website for home delivery and many times they failed to deliver it. One time they just kept on calling even though I paid and selected contactless payment(already paid online) and instructed them to just leave it at the door, they still managed to call and not leave the pizza, instead took it back since I didn't take their call. Then instead of reimbursing for the failure of delivery, they did nothing. I instead had to email pizza-pizza and they wouldn't believe it was me who ordered(email and name are the same) instead asked for the card details which sounds like harassment. Anyway, I did. And they reimbursed me.
The second time again the same thing happened, I did take the call this time but the delivery guy was so bad with the directions and even google maps, that he failed to deliver again. I asked him and even instructed him about the location of my house but he said he tried to deliver two times at the wrong address(like just use common sense) and asked me to send my location on WhatsApp. Like why would I? Then I asked him to just reimburse me since you failed to deliver, and he said he will see but cannot guarantee it.

Read moreToday at 9:45 pm, I was picking up order from one of your store in missisauga road. 9465 Mississauga Rd Unit 10. I was surprised to see the behavior of both the ladies who were on duty. I told very politely that how long will it take to get my order. Lady on duty said, it will take 3 minutes. I waited for 5 minutes. Again, I asked how long. Lady said 8 to 9 minutes. I told lady that u said 3 minutes and now saying 8 minutes. She started mincing words and said that I told u to wait for 3 minutes and after 3 minutes I will tell u how long it will take. I approached again after 10 minutes and asked the lady that it's been 10 minutes. The lady said " so what". It did not go right for me and to any customer. In restaurant and hospitality business, u can't be rude to any one and most importantly it is Canada and it has some standards. I KNOW THAT PIZZA BAKING PROCESS CAN 10 MINUTES, OR SOMETHING EVEN MORE. BUT DONT MISGUIDE CUSTOMER. TIME IS MONEY.
