Just came from picking up food from this location. missing taco sauces. Missing my customs beef only burrito which was for my young daughter which made her upset when I unpacked when I got home. Tacos were only beef when I asked for them and my fries to be upgraded to supreme. Went back and was able to get in since now just turned 10 and dinning is closed. Explained the order. The lady taking the orders told me what I ordered and I had to tell her it is not what I ordered as I did repeat myself a few times knowing it might be hard to hear going through the drive thru. Started making my order but was only going to do the tacos and burrito. I said I didn’t want the food I have since it’s cold. Was already 40mins since I paid through the drive through according to my notification on my phone. Lady grabbed the food and aggressively threw it in the garbage. I waited for my order. I had to correct again a few times while I was in there. Once gotten I had to check if items were there. I offered to pay any differences since the order was incorrect but they said it was fine.
Usually this location is good. Might just be a bad night. I would probably go inside to order to ensure it is taken correctly and you have time to recheck the order when you get it.
Unfortunately this experience I have to drop to 1 Star not due to food quality but more of the attitude I was getting. Lady did not have concern that I drove and had to unpack my dinner in front of my family just to pack it up and get it done right. Read moreI went to drive thru of 3058 Mayfield Road, Brampton, Ontario KFC-219-001 at 10:30 PM Sep 14, 2024. Host Ashamdeep didn’t have knowledge how the restaurant drive thru works. When I went there where no car I try to order twice but she has very poor English listening skills. Looks like she is new to country who doesn’t properly trained. I had repetitively gave order 3 times. Even at the window of drivethru, then even she gave me regular fries instead of Fries supreme with the combo box order. She was not willing to listen she is started fighting verbally like I am going first time. I been in this country 20 years she don’t even understand English properly even she had an attitude to not change the order she shut down the window and left . I have asked for Lots of mild sauces she gave 3 only with 1 hot sauce and 1 ketchup with order of $20.65. I am very regular customer of taco big brand and equal treatment all the stores across North America. This is my worst experience all the years I have been going to Taco Bell. Read moreJust watched the staff here get verbally abused for a mistake in a customers order minutes ago. They had accidentally given me a part of their order. Which honestly, it was an accident! I wasn’t upset I went back in, this couple whose burritos were there upset and prepared to Karen out.
They asked for the missing burritos which makes sense to make new ones due to COVID. The staff didn’t argue and apologized and made them. Then when served the burritos the male Karen got upset and asked for the food that they had already purchased to be remade.
The staff, who honestly is not paid enough to deal with verbal abuse like this, was practical and just remade the whole order without escalating this make Karen.
I thanked them for fixing my order as quick as they could and loudly proclaimed “mistakes happen”.
The staff on August 6, 2020 at 3pm really came off calm, respectful, and solutions based.
Be nice to people, we are all human. We make mistakes.
